Hotel Villner Hof — Hotel in Überetsch-Unterland - Oltradige-Bassa Atesina

We were traveling to Italy and whilst looking for a place to spend the night, this seemed like a very nice hotel: the photographs on their website showed nice, modern rooms! It was a little more expensive than the others we had found (think 200 EUR for 2 rooms / 5 people), but hey, it was surely going to be worth it, right?||||WRONG. We arrived a little later than expected (we had to drive +1000km and were about half an hour later than first expected). On entering the hotel: noone at the desk. So we went to find the owner, who we found in the kitchen. He knew of our party (yay!), but said he had no rooms left in the main building (noo...). No worries, as he had another "house" 200m down the road. So we hopped in our cars and drove 200m. Parking was an issue there, next to the busy road, which was a problem, seeing we had 2 cars to park. When we finally had managed, he showed us the most dreary rooms I had ever seen in my whole life (and trust me, I have seen quite some hotels). The bathroom was also outdated and even had some used samples of bath products. Classy! To top it off, I (1m98 tall) could not fit in any of the beds... I - unfortunately - was too shocked to take pictures, it would have said more than a thousand words.||||We shrugged, a bit in shock, but were hungry, so decided to go back to the main hotel... After risking our lives to drive back (cars were parked in a blind spot on a busy road, right in the midst of a 90 degree bend), we hit the final straw: the diner was fully booked, so they went and prepared a picknick table/bench. Also, the food looked abysmal, non-fresh buffet style.||||We talked to the owner, telling him that this whole ordeal was unacceptable and that we demanded a solution. He sighed and told us that he was fully booked and that there was nothing that he could do. We ended up looking for another hotel nearby, which we - luckily - found rather quickly. After we told him, he said he was also already calling other hotels to help us out, so I don't think he's of bad intention...||||I'm afraid I would not recommend this hotel...

Albergo trovato su booking, scelto per piscina e vicinanza all'autostrada, è stato una vera delusione. Una vera truffa.||In primo luogo la depandance non fa per nulla parte dell'albergo, ma si trova a 500 metri dall'hotel Villnerhof. La piscina che quindi viene tanto sponsorizzata è accessibile dalla depandance solo se si prende l'auto perchè a piedi, pur non essendo lontana, è pericoloso raggiungerla, essendo la strada di congiunzione senza marciapiede.||La struttura è sporca, trasandata e vecchia. Polvere ovunque. Le foto di booking sono state fatte bene ma non rappresentano la realtà.||Camera minuscola, claustrofobica, luce scarsa,moquette macchiata, polvere ovunque.||Camera praticamente al buio tutto il giorno. Rubinetteria vecchia e inutilizzabile.||La camera è pericolosa per i bambini. Accanto al lettino da campeggio (fornito senza cuscino e con un materasso invisibile) fa capolino una presa scoperta con fili che pendono.||Piscina sporca, malmessa, disordinata con pezzi di sdraio rotte in giro. Lo "spogliatoio" poi è una vergogna, sporco, senza luce.||Il parcheggio della depandance sono due posti auto (due di numero) a bordo strada, gli altri o parcheggiano sul marciapiede (rischioso essendo dopo una curva cieca) o al parcheggio più vicino (che con le valigie non è per nulla comodo).||Alla reception aleggia un tanfo di sudore che fa venire il vomito.||Alla riconsegna delle chiavi, non ci è nemmeno stato chiesto se era andato bene il nostro soggiorno.Ce ne siamo andati, ben contenti di abbandonare questo postaccio.||Da...

Ich muss eine zweiteilige Bewertung Scheiben einmal über das Hotel selbst und im Anschluss über die Depandance Das Hotel Villener Hof selbst ist sehr schön, das Frühstück Buffet reichlich und die Dame des Hauses äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.Der Hausherr selbst ist schwer zu beschreiben,er wirkt unfreundlicher und grummeliger als er wahrscheinlich ist. Das Hotel Gelände liegt zwar an der Hauptstraße ist aber gut durch reichlich Begrünung lärmgeschützt Der Pool ist sauber und hat eine ausreichende Größe. Wir hatten auf Bookin. Com in der Depandance sprich im Nebengebäude gebucht. Dieses befindet sich ca. 150m vom Haupthaus entfernt. Von Fotos hatten wir eine gewisse Vorstellung davon was uns erwartet. Doch die Wahrheit hatte uns hart getroffen. Die Wahrheit ist ca. 60 Jahre älter. Wir hatten ein 4 Bett Zimmer gebucht und auch bekommen. Das Zimmer und auch das Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Allerdings zeigt es Spuren der Zeit. Der Wasserhan im Bad tropft,der Duschkopf konnte nicht mehr in der Höhe verstellt werden,das Chom am Abfluss ist abgeplatz. Man sieht das schon lange nichts mehr investiert wurde. Das komplette Gebäude wirkt eher wie das ungeliebt Stiefkind. Dazu kommt,daß es direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt und leider teilweise doch sehr laut ist.
