Hotel is in a small town commuter called Arese which is not Milan. The town doesn't have a train station, so to get to Milan it's a bus to one of two metro stations in other places, then the M1 metro. You will expect about an hour transport to be in Milan centre. Taxi to Milan would be Uber and costs about 40 euro. But travel time can be horrible at rush hour in and out of Milan so beware.
The hotel itself is recently renovated and has basic but new rooms. Breakfast is basic but ok. The hotel is in a 1970s small shopping centre. And in that you'll find a Chinese restaurant, not so good pizzeria, and a bar. Plus a general store, DIY store, jewellers and small supermarket.
The hotel is definitely not one to get if you're looking to visit Milan. But if you need to be in the actual area it's good if a bit expensive for...

The moon palace attaches great importance to the details, which unfortunately can only be seen in the lobby and on the stairs. The room had a balcony but it was dirty and had no table and chairs.
