B&B Lavanda e Rosmarino — Hotel in Assisi

My wife, two kids (12 and 9) stayed her a couple of weeks ago and we really enjoyed it. The quality of the construction of the bildg and the amenities are excellent. Guest stay in one house that has three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms where we stayed had its own batroom that was large. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also A/C and wifi.||||Additonally, the breakfast was great and you could order an omlette as well as coffee and bread, cake. The owners were willing to do anything to make your stay exceptional.||||Lastly, the B&B is within walking distance of Assisi. You just have to take the stairs up. Don't drive and park at the garage.||||Finally, it is not easy to find and the signage isn't great but be patient. You'll find it.||||I'd go back in...

I stayed here 3 nights and was very happy about the relative silence and the close distance to San Damiano. There is a street in the back of the building but with low traffic. The host is very friendly and she cares about the house and the guests. I had everything I needed. Breakfast is set up in the common room, sometimes a little cake, and I could serve myself with coffee when ever I woke up in the morning. L’aspetto più positivo di questo posto è la posizione e la vista. Mi sento in dovere di lasciare questa recensione per aiutare chi, come me, sta cercando un alloggio e si basa sulle opinioni degli altri. Cercherò di essere sintetica, anche se ci sarebbe tanto da dire.

La nostra esperienza è stata diversa da quello che avevamo letto nelle recensioni.

L’accoglienza è stata un po'fredda e indifferente. Le camere sono molto rumorose: riuscivo a sentire perfino le vibrazioni di un cellulare nella stanza accanto.

La pulizia è migliorabile: muffa vicino alla finestra, peli in bagno, fughe delle piastrelle della doccia gialle di sporco, sporco e foglie all’ingresso della casa. Quando i vicini tirano lo sciacquone, il rumore è davvero forte. La colazione consiste caffè/tè e prodotti confezionati + yogurt.
