We have tried several times to find a good hotel in Auronzo di Cadore and have finally found the right one. It is on the road up to the Tre Cimes and the walking in the Dolomites above the town. The hotel is a very happy place, run by Lucia and her brother, with Lucia's husband as the Chef and with other family members, it is very well run. The rooms are very comfortable and there is a lovely garden to relax in, plus ample parking around the back - something that often seems rare in Auronzo. Breakfasts are lovely and the dinners in the restaurant are really tasty, plenty for all with excellent prices. The chef is very good but also can adapt if you want more vegetables or whatever. It is a great place to stay although rooms at the front can be noisy from the traffic at night but there are shutters to keep the noise at bay. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso presso l'Hotel Miravalle e non posso che elogiare l'eccezionale livello di accoglienza che abbiamo ricevuto. Fin dal nostro arrivo, il personale si è dimostrato estremamente cordiale e disponibile, facendoci sentire subito a casa.
Ogni membro dello staff è stato molto gentile e ha fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno il più confortevole possibile. Che si trattasse di consigli su cosa visitare in zona, di esigenze particolari o semplicemente di un sorriso caloroso al mattino, la loro attenzione ai dettagli è stata davvero notevole.
Le camere erano impeccabili e ben arredate, offrendo tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Tuttavia, è stato il servizio e l'ospitalità a fare la differenza. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e benvoluti in ogni momento. Un plauso particolare va a Lucia, simpatica, cordiale e sempre pronta ad offrire il suo aiuto .

Our party of five rented 3 rooms for 4 nights and had the loveliest stay. The staff was unbelievably friendly. Breakfast were good with plenty of coffee. We would gather in the bar in the evening and chat and the staff made sure all our needs were met. I cannot stress enough how kind everyone at Albergo Miravalle was and can't wait...
