We were initially really impressed- first impressions of the hotel ( we stayed in Sabine) was that it was beautiful- incredible grounds with trees and flowers everywhere.|The room was basic but clean |We were disappointed that we didn’t have tea or coffee making facilities but the manager explained the rooms are too small to have them|We took euro plug converters but they only fit in one socket which made charging things/ drying hair etc time consuming.|The pool was lovely and there were plenty of loungers|The beach was pretty but for some reason you had to pay for loungers €20 each if u wanted to be nearby the sea and as it was red flag a lot of the time we didn’t bother.|My biggest issue with the hotel was the sheer cost of everything. We came to Sardinia looking for great food and wine. The price of drinks was astronomical. With dinner i drank red wine- i picked the local sardinian one made for the hotel. It was of average quality but for a small 125 ml glass was €8 which considering the quality was not good value |I also drank campari spritz which was made of Italian ingredients. €12!|The equivalent in out side bars was €7 - there is very little around the hotel so it feels they have you trapped and can charge whatever they want. Water is available during mealtimes but there are no water stations anywhere so if you want water through the day its €3.50 including in the rooms.|Food is flavoursome and has variety but is warm at best , certainly not hot- unless you have a minite steak cooked for you by the chef but i didn’t goto Sardinia for a minute steak.|Staff were hit and miss , there was an odd system where staff would stand around looking lost but if you asked for a drink or something they would “ go get my colleague “ certainly in the evening at the piazza there would be about 5 young people huddled together scared to serve anyone who wasn’t Italian. |Maybe this is a language barrier but it meant sometimes it was easier to go to the bar.|The exception to this was the lovely man in charge of the sabine bar ( i have forgotten his name) and evelyn who was fabulous, chatty interested in people and full of fun.|Alysia too in the | bar area made an effort|Its a shame that the hidden costs and extortionate prices and inconsistent service made what could have been an amazing holiday an exceptionally pricey one that turned out not to be good...

Marco at the entrance, along with the transport team, made our arrival smooth and professional—a great start to our stay. The reception team is very helpful to give you all the info. And tell about the resort in clear detail.||🍽️ Dining & Breakfast||Breakfast was a highlight each day. Everything is fresh, and high-quality—not the typical commercial buffet. Katja stood out with her genuine care and attention, and the whole team is professional, warm and helpful. We also loved the flexibility—grabbing coffee early before tennis or after breakfast was never a problem.||🎾 Activities & Amenities||There’s a lot to do, all within walking distance and clearly marked. We especially enjoyed the tennis courts, which look like a mini-Wimbledon with their grass-style surface. Rafaele, the coach, is awesome!!! He made every lesson productive yet fun and even found ways to keep our baby entertained while we played.||Archery was another fun activity with Daniele who made it easy to enjoy, even as beginners.||The kids’ dining area, managed by Teresa, is arrest reflection of the resort’s thoughtfulness towards families —well-stocked with baby-friendly options like broth, yogurt, milk, and veggies. Thoughtful details like this made a big difference for us as a family.||🏖️ Beach & Pools||Great beach access with a regular shuttle and two hotel-managed beach restaurants, plus nice local options like Oasis and Emerald nearby. The pools were spotless, with crystal-clear water and a relaxing vibe.||🧹 Cleanliness & Service||Housekeeping was excellent—friendly, respectful, and consistent. What really stood out was the overall sense of trust, safety, and professionalism. Staff weren’t working for tips—they were just genuinely kind and helpful, which speaks volumes about the resort culture.||🏋️ A Small Suggestion||The only area for improvement would be the gym. There’s one, but it costs €15 per visit, and the open-air version is too limited for a proper workout. For guests staying longer, a more accessible gym would be a great addition.||⸻||Overall We left feeling relaxed, well taken care of, and eager to return. A perfect mix of professionalism and family warmth—highly...
Read moreOur family just returned from an unforgettable stay at this resort and I cannot recommend it highly enough, especially for families traveling with children (even infants)!||From the moment we arrived, their dedicated Kids’ Corner was a game‑changer. Every day, our little ones enjoyed freshly prepared, piping‑hot meals tailor‑made just for them, think homemade pasta, pureed veggies, and more, plus an endless supply of fresh milk and yogurt. Everything is included in the package, so you can relax knowing your children are well cared for and happily fed.||Mornings at the resort were a delight: a gorgeous breakfast buffet with pastries, local cheeses, cold cuts, fruit, and cereals, plus a live omelette station where chefs whipped up your favorite ingredients on the spot. It was the perfect start to each day.||Dinner options are equally impressive. Multiple on‑site restaurants offer generous buffets with an incredible variety from authentic Sardinian specialties to international classics, so everyone in the family finds something to love. We felt spoiled for choice every night!||The pools are another highlight: pristine, beautifully maintained, and spacious enough that you never feel crowded. We spent hours splashing around under the warm Sardinian sun, and there were always plenty of loungers available for us to unwind.||Our room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a stress‑free stay. We felt safe and at ease at all times, which is priceless when traveling with little ones.||Perhaps most impressive of all was the genuine warmth and flexibility of the staff. On our last night, one of our family members fell ill. We asked if we could extend our check‑out so they could rest before a late‑evening flight—and to our surprise, the resort happily accommodated us at no extra charge. They even arranged for their on‑site doctor to examine our sick family member, again completely free of charge. This level of care and kindness truly touched our hearts.||In short, Resort Le Dune & Spa is a slice of heaven for families. Outstanding kids’ amenities, delicious dining, sparkling pools, comfortable rooms, and a staff who go above and beyond to make your stay worry‑free—what more could you ask for? ||We can’t...
