The shower had extremely low water pressure and took an unreasonably long time to heat up. For someone with long hair, washing it was a nightmare. Our room was located up a very steep and unstable staircase, which felt unsafe—especially when carrying luggage for an 11-day trip to Italy. Additionally, the facilities were advertised on Booking as air-conditioned, but in reality, there was only a fan. However, the biggest issue has been the lack of response regarding my invoice. I have been contacting the property innumerous times since September 14th, have provided all the necessary information, yet they still haven’t issued it. I’ve also reached out to Booking three times, but nothing has been resolved. Each time, I’m simply told that they will contact the property—which is exactly what I’ve already been doing. L'affittacamere Le Ciboline è una struttura in un piccolo paesino che ha una vista bellissima sulle colline circostanti. Si respira un'aria fresca e pulita e al mattino si sentono solo gli uccellini che cinguettano. La camera dove abbiamo dormito era abbastanza spaziosa e le host avevano messo a disposizione anche dei biscotti e delle bustine di the per poter fare colazione la mattina successiva.
