Hotel Gabbani — Hotel in Bibbona

I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but with summer in full swing here now I wouldn't want anyone else to be in the situation we encountered. We notified the hotel that we would be checking in after hours (after 8 p.m.).When we arrived in our room late in the evening the temperature in the room was around 90 degrees Fahrenheit (32.1 Celsius). We ran the A/C at full blast all night and in the morning it was still over 76 degrees F. I paid for a room with an extra bed so my son would have his own, but he ended up having to sleep in my bed because his was too far away from the A/C and way too hot. When we went out in the morning the woman at the front desk inquired how everything was. When I informed her of the temperature she responded in a dismissive manner and stated that it should have cooled down quickly with the A/C. Unfortunately we had pre-paid through Orbitz for two nights. On the second night when we arrived back at the room the temperature was around 85 degrees; we requested that the A/C be left on while we were out for dinner and a little sightseeing, but the response from the woman at the desk was as if the request was unreasonable. In the end they complied, but even that didn't help a lot, and we went to bed close to midnight with the room over 80 degrees F, and it barely got close to comfortable by the time we had to check out the next morning. Otherwise the room was nice and clean, and relatively well equipped. Nothing special, but definitely not bad.

Room was clean and comfortable. Only thing was the air condition wasn’t very good and never got colder than 23 degrees. The cleaner knocked on our door at 1 minute passed check out which was a bit much but she was actually very lovely. The woman at reception was a bit unaccommodating and inflexible. The room is clean and rather small. It has no parking spaces to serve and supply the suitcases. The air conditioner only runs when the door card is plugged in and is noisy. No breakfast is included and must be taken vis-à-vis in the coffee bar. The room rate is too high. The name B&B is therefore...
