Porticello Village — Hotel in Camerota

We stayed here with a family of 10 people in 3 different bungalows, in 2 types and our general impression was that it needs a serious refuebishment, especially the bathroom and kitchen area and it is too expensive for what you get.||The location is great, easy to get to many beautiful beaches and you can find some restaurants nearby too which is very handy given the crazy schedule the camping's resturant and supermaket has...(they close at 13.30...)||It is located in the middle of a national park therefore there is no phone network and internet connection, not even from the camping.||Important!!!! They communicate on the webs that rooms are equipped with AC. This is true, however they forget to add that you need to buy a prepaid card to use it, 24 H AC costs 30 €... we tried to sleep without airconditioning but realized that this is something you have to have otherwise because of the mosquitos you cant sleep.||They also have mosquito nets on some windows but they are very old and provide no protection.||Our bungalow had a poster bad which was ao small that my husband didnt fit in (he is 1.90 cm) so for the entire week of our stay we slept on the couch as they couldnt give us...

We stayed in an apartment down near the beach. The apartment was OK but the things in the apartment were very basic and really could do with some money spent of little things. It is like they have built a good shell then spent as little as possible on making it nice. For example the "Sofa Bed" in the kitchen/lounge area is a bed with white sheets and no bed cover. This was the place to sit so everyone who sat there was sitting on the sheets of the bed. The sheets were nice and clean at the start but after a few days they started to get dirty.||The staff at the office were friendly enough and the life guard on the beach was very helpful. ||There is bamboo growing up across the carpark which obscured the view of the ocean which was a real pity because it would be a beautiful outlook with out the bamboo!||They just need to spend some of the money on making it nice for the guests.||I would suggest putting a non see through screen between each of the balconies to provide a...

Struttura immersa nel verde ideale per chi come noi cerca la tranquillità e relax. Famiglia di 4 persone, abbiamo trascorso in questo campeggio una settimana, alloggiando in uno degli appartamenti vista mare. Alloggio funzionale (unico neo le stoviglie, scarse e un po' vecchie) e soprattutto a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Una comodità impagabile, che mi permetteva di andare in spiaggia prestissimo mentre ancora mio marito e i bambini dormivano! Cala d'Arconte è una delle spiagge più belle di Marina di Camerota e il mare è meraviglioso. Il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. E come non ricordare l'insostituibile bagnino Peter sempre pronto ad aiutarti! Adiacente allo stabilimento balneare (il cui servizio era compreso nel prezzo) c'è un pezzo di spiaggia libera per niente affollata dove i bambini sono stati liberi di giocare senza disturbare nessuno. Anche al ristorante, con nuova gestione di una famiglia napoletana, ci siamo trovati benissimo: ottime pietanze accompagnate da gentilezza, simpatia e cuoco sempre pronto ad accontentare le nostre richieste!
