Residence Zenith — Hotel in Caorle

We had a one-bedroom apartment with our kids sleeping in the bedroom (spacious, comfortable, with a double and a single bed so even all four of us would have fit in) and us in the living room. I have to say the fold-out couch was by far the most comfortable I had ever slept on. Elevator, balcony, air conditioning, fridge, well-equipped cooking corner, a nice and clean bathroom, we had everything we needed. We were given a key-card that opened both the automatic gate to the spacious, shaded parking lot and our room, which was great. A lovely bar on the corner right across the street for morning coffees, pharmacy, bakery, minimarket only a few steps away, major supermarket a short drive away (even within walking distance if not with kids), beach and promenade also only a few steps away. The city centre is a bit farther away, but we still managed to walk there and back, even with a 2- and a 5-year-old walking along. The beach is extremely well-organized, perfectly clean, sunbeds and an umbrella reserved for the apartment, the same treatment anyone at a nearby 4-star hotel would have. I've booked doubleroom studio. When I've arrived to the hotel the receptionist told me that I have to check-in in their office in the city center. When I get there (15 minutes by car) there was a lot of people waiting for check-in. I had to stay there for one hour. When I get back to the hotel there was no bed there only the sofa. So I drove back to the office explained that this is deffinitely mistake and I want ussual beds - spend night on couch during vacation is madness. They changed my room for free but it tooked me another hour and they told me stuff like 'sofa bed in double room is ussual standard' and '95% of hotels have sofa in doubleroom'...||The hotel itself isn't as bad - it's close to the sea. But there are some mistakes in the rooms like A/C ventilator on the balcony so when you turn on the A/C the balcony is 5...

We went there with family for longer weekend. Caorle is nice city with lot of possibilities to enjoy your stay including restaurants with great food. Hotel is little bit older but without any major problem. Only issue I had, was many resin drop on car and terrible WiFi connection. Beach is huge nice clean with shower and dedicated sunbeds included in price. Another situation is with sea itself. Entrance is dirty full of residues of seaweed and also trash.
