If you want to travel back in time and feel the atmosphere of what it's like to live in a castle, this is your place! Cozy, old fashioned, with details everywhere, but adapted to modern life. Despite the old furniture and setting, it smells fresh. Clean room and bathroom. Cleaning of the room and change of towels every day! Romance and purity! the staff is very kind and responsive. we had a problem in the bathroom and it was fixed the same day. Cappuccino and coffee…. oooo Italy, you are always perfect at this! The room has a hair dryer, sockets by the bed, insect net on the window. Cons: no fridge. I would come back again!...

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per il weekend del 31 dicembre. Ottima scelta a pochi minuti dal centro storico ...All entrata del vialetto ,vi è un imponente casa con giardino adornato da varie statue caratteristiche stile medievale ,con al centro una grande fontana che a come apice una bellissima sirena . Entrando all interno dell' hotel ,ti trovi come in un castello di altri tempi , armature , elmi ,statue , spade , strumenti musicali tra i quali una bellissima arpa , grandi lampadari come quelli che si vedono sui libri di storia, per non parlare delle scale ,archi e capitelli tutto così tanto suggestivo ,non lo avrei mai immaginato . Quando si arriva alla camera , un imponente porta rossa di legno rivestita di pelle rossa proprio come se dovessi entrare nelle segrete di un castello 🏰 . Quando apri la porta ,si può scorgere un cigolio che ti riporta indietro di circa 1000 anni fa . La camera da letto enorme tutta in legno persino il letto,il soffitto e le pareti ,tutto stupendo. Si dorme benissimo ,molta tranquillità immersa nel verde . La mattina , puoi fare colazione al bar al piano terra adiacente ad una piccola saletta di fronte ad un grande pianoforte 🎹. Ci sono varie proposte di torte sia dolci che salate ,tutte fatte in casa, non confezionate , inoltre ti preparano un buon caffè espresso o cappuccino servito al tavolo , veramente di alta qualità e ti portano anche una bottiglietta d acqua, un gran servizio , non di quantità ma di qualità. Personale gentile ,sia al breakfast sia alla reception , tutto curato nel dettaglio . Ci ritorneremo e lo consiglieremo a tutti quelli che vorranno un esperienza diversa dal solito...

Great service. Always smiling and ready to help at the reception. Affordable. Great location if you have a rental car or your own vehicle, since there are plenty of parking spots. WiFi works everywhere but the best at the reception/cafe. Beautiful scenery right in the middle of a lake. You can watch the sunset over the hills right outside your window with no trees blocking the view. Building has a lot of history and was built a long time ago but it's being well kept. They even have knights guarding the reception! And a MMA...
