Hotel Ristorante La Pineta — Hotel in Cogoleto

This is a nice place just 10 minutes outside cogoleto by car. ||Free private parking, a pool (cleaned every night), an old tennis court, a nice restaurant with good food and a bar are all part of this place. ||||Room 8 has very good WiFi inside and a round-the-corner balcony to sit on and enjoy the view of the hill and a glass of wine. The bathroom is modern and they have solar-powered water heating, so no problem there. ||||Only problem was the bed. So hard! Also the IKEA pillow was super firm. It prevented your head from sinking into it, thus creating an uncofortable situation. I had to ditch that and use a rolled up towel as a makeshift pillow. ||||Breakfast costs extra and is very simple. The usual bread, butter honey marmelade kind. I'd recommend going down to cogoleto and getting some fresh focaccia or something and one of them super-strong...

Premetto che avevo già soggiornato in questo Hotel e non mi ero trovato male ma ho scoperto che il motivo è che c'era un'altra gestione.|Sono tornato con la famiglia i prezzi sono raddoppiati rispetto a prima e i confort sono diminuiti.|La camera assegnatami come tripla in realtà è una doppia.|Era impossibile muoversi o posizionare le valigie da qualche parte,il bagno datatissimo è talmente piccolo che non ci sta un bidet, e la minuscola doccia ha come chiusura una porta a soffietto tutta sgangherata e bisogna scavalcare il WC per entrare, la ventola minuscola e rumorosissima rendeva insopportabile stare in questo bagno cieco.|Con 35 gradi fuori l'ascensore non dotato di aria condizionata e di una lentezza mai vista era un incubo stare chiusi dentro, in sala da pranzo accendono l'aria condizionata un minuto prima di aprirla con la conseguenza che gli stesdi si sventolano tutto il tempo. La colazione per la folle cifra di 9€ a testa prevede sì un buffet ma di soli cereali e yogurt perché è il personale a portare al tavolo un vassoio di brioche surgelate e torte confezionate. La cena per 28€ prevede una scelta tra 2 primi e 2 secondi e include solo acqua, oltre al dolce. La piscina è completamente lasciata agli ospiti che non hanno il supporto ne' di un bagnino ne' di un salvagente. 160€ solo di camera a notte, dovendo fare tutti quei km di curve per andare al mare visto che il paese è davvero isolato, trovo che in tutta onestà siano davvero troppi. Allo stesso identico prezzo di fronte al mare ho trovato una vera tripla, colazione inclusa....

The hotel is located pretty far from the city center, on the hills. The good thing is that there's enough parking to leave the car, and the owner is friendly. It was a little bit noisy we could hear every other customer talk on the floor as they were in our room, but we only stayed one night... in the morning I had a shower and the water was just warm almost cold but when we checked out they said that we're having issues with the water-heater and excused offering us...
