First of all, the location is very nice consider the proximity to the Catnaccio Funivia (well, if you're in the ski season) it's only 1 minute walking, really.||||Staffs are super nice, especially the lady owner who treated us like a family. Room is nothing special actually but I had such a great time at this place. Dinner is included in the price and let me tell you, you got what you pay for. Dinner consists of buffet of salad and bread, primo, secondo, and dessert. If you stay more than one night, you can keep your wine for the next day. ||||Food was excellent!! It's the recreation of the classic and traditional dish with some modern twist. And breakfast consists of varieties of cakes, baked goods, etc. all freshly made, fruits, yogurt, cold cuts, juice, etc. I can't praise this enough.||||Wellness center is also very nice feature. We spent all day trekking and we always spent our time there after with the sauna, steam room, and hot tub. Vi dico solo che di solito non lascio recensioni negative: se un posto non mi piace evito di scriverlo e mi limito a non andarci più. In questo caso faccio un'eccezione: volevamo andare in vacanza in questo hotel perché sembrava carino e non troppo caro. Eravamo due famiglie di 4 e 3 persone, e avremmo preso due stanze a luglio 2025, per un importo totale di circa 4500€. Ebbene, dopo aver prenotato sul sito web non ho ricevuto riscontro della prenotazione né richieste di caparra. Per saperne di più dopo qualche giorno li ho chiamati almeno 15 volte, per lo più senza successo. Mi hanno risposto solo in 3 occasioni. Tutte e 3 le volte la voce femminile dall'altra parte ha detto che in quel momento non era in albergo e che da li a un'ora, appena tornata, mi avrebbe mandato un altro preventivo. La prima volta non ha mandato nulla. La seconda volta mi ha mandato lo stesso preventivo iniziale con la stessa data, che ho subito accettato. Non avendo avuto istruzioni per versare la caparra ho chiamato ancora. La terza (e ultima) volta la signora ha detto che l'albergo era al completo per la data che avevo chiesto, ha detto che si era sbagliata con le date e mi ha detto che mi avrebbe mandato un preventivo per una nuova data. Sto ancora aspettando il preventivo, ma direi che la pazienza è esaurita. Quindi per ammazzare il tempo sto scrivendo questa recensione per avvertire anche altri possibili clienti che in questo posto secondo me non hanno voglia di lavorare. Assurdo. P.S. pur non essendo mai andato in questo albergo, e siccome non sono un infame, ho dato 3 stelle alla posizione e alle camere perché sia l'una che l'altra sembrano carine sulla carta. Ma per il servizio che offre preferirei andare a dormire in tenda piuttosto che alloggiare in questa struttura.
