We were looking for nice place to have a proper rest after 8 days trek in Pala Ronda before next day's 10hrs long driving. This place offered nice view to the mountains and good location on the way, good ratings and we just wanted to enjoy last evening with some relax in this beautiful area. We were quite disappointed after arrival - we paid for room with mountain view, but received dark room with "road view". So we asked for replacement for the one we paid for. The young guy at the reception had very poor English skills and no awareness about room availabilities and guests presented at the hotel and it's rooms, he was not able to reach the lady in charge and said that he don't know what to say, asked us to wait until she is back without knowing time when it will be... quite situation after mountain trip and desire for shower and good rest. Finally after her arrival and a lot of talks without many options lady gave us room with words that it's room without balcony. Actually we never requested balcony. Never mind, only her not nice behavior in general and her approach to the situation and guests was little bit unexpected after all. I visited this hotel with a group of friends on February 2017.The hotel is very well positioned for ski, just a few kilometers from Campitello, Canazei, Pozza di Fassa and Alpe Lusia.The famous Sella Ronda ski tour is easily accesible.||The newly refurbished rooms are nice and confortable but please be aware that in the hotel there are also older rooms.Breakfast and dinner are OK for a 3 stars hotel.Owners are very kind and willing to help.This is a family hotel with a nice atmosphere not that big structures with no atmosphere at all.So if you want a family hotel with nice owners, close to the slopes ,this can be a...

Esperienza complessivamente buona. Camere pulite, sala colazione e ristorante ben disposta. Qualche volta il bagno comune a pianterreno non era pulito come ci si aspetterebbe essendo a servizio dell'utenza dell'area ristoro. Ci è stata data una camera ottimamente esposta, con sole fino a sera. Ho trovato un po' scomoda l'apertura verso l'esterno della cabina doccia. Cena da pensione semplice, tipica di questo tipo di strutture. Colazione ricca con mini buffet di marmellate, miele, fette biscottate, yogurt e biscotti. Bevande, brioches, torte e pasti salati vengono serviti direttamente dal personale, in maniera corretta secondo prescrizioni anti COVID. Personale gentile ed abbastanza veloce a servire. Unico suggerimento, migliorabile il supporto al cliente per la comunicazione sulle iniziative dell'azienda promozione turistica: il soggiorno dovrebbe garantire l'accesso gratuito ed illimitato ai servizi di trasporto pubblico tramite apposita card, ma a noi questa comunicazione è mancata. Per gli spostamenti suggerisco caldamente di usare il trasporto pubblico (1 bus verso la alta val di Fassa ogni 10 minuti) perché in auto dopo le 8 si rischia di prendere coda fino a Canazei (a noi è successo). Infine, suggerisco l'acquisto del Panorama Pass per accedere a 31 impianti del comprensorio in maniera illimitata (ad esempio: funivie Col Rodella, telecabina forcella del Sassolungo, funivia della Forcella del Sass Pordoi, funivie Catinaccio e molte altre).
