Residence Hotel Miralago — Hotel in Comunità Alta Valsugana e Bersntol

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights as a part of a quick drive around Europe. She was specifically looking for a place with cooking facilities so she wouldn't have to eat out constantly.||||The rooms are large with small kitchens and nice balconies. Ours overlooked the small lake right outside the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The English skills among the staff varies greatly but they try and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Excellent wifi speeds.||||We did have two issues. Depending on where you book the hotel, it states it has air conditioning -- it doesn't. Again, not a huge issue at that altitude, but it was unseasonably warm during the day but would cool down greatly at night (we would just sleep with the doors open). Second, the gym is under renovation, but with plenty of hiking trails nearby, it shouldn't pose much of an issue.||||Another piece of advice -- look up hours of businesses before going. Pergine has the mall open on Sundays, but closed on Mondays until after 2pm BUT neighboring towns have things closed Sundays, but...

La posizione di questo albergo è molto comoda e la vista bella. Ha un laghetto proprio di fronte e molte camere, come la nostra, si affacciano su di esso. Pulito e curato in ogni ambiente. Poco fuori dal centro di Pergine Valsugana, è ben collegato e si possono raggiungere alcune mete in auto o anche in bici. L'albergo stesso ne fornisce alcune gratuitamente e un paio hanno il seggiolino per bambini. Il personale è estremamente gentile, cortese, disponibile ed attento ai bisogni degli ospiti, sia in reception che nell'area colazione. Quest'ultima è a dir poco favosa. Soprattutto la sezione torte è davvero ricchissima, inoltre varia ogni giorno. Forniscono anche frutta fresca e colazione salata. Tutto delizioso ed abbondante. Ogni spazio della struttura e dei suoi esterni è pulito, ordinato e curato. L'attenzione alle famiglie è dimostrata dalla disponibilità di un'area giochi esterna per i bambini un po' più grandi e di una interna nel piano seminterrato per i più piccini, attrezzate e ben allestite. Si può accedere all'area SPA con una quota di 15€ a persona, che vale l'intera giornata. Anche questo ambiente è molto accogliente e curato: piscina con idromassaggio e cascata per massaggio cervicale, area relax con tisane, spogliatoi. Accappatoi forniti dall'albergo. Tutto impeccabile. I bambini possono accedere la mattina fino alle ore 14. Noi abbiamo usufruito anche del cucinotto interno alla camera, completo di frigo, posate, piatti, bicchieri, 2 padelle, 2 pentole, colapasta. Accanto all'albergo c'è un ristorante con cucina Mochena: deliziosa e le porzioni sono abbondanti. Ad ogni tavolo viene offerto sempre un piccolo tagliere di benvenuto. Anche qui il personale è molto gentile ed attento. Inoltre per gli ospiti dell'albergo viene applicato uno sconto. A sud si trovano i laghi di Caldonazzo e Levico, con piste ciclabili, giochini per bimbi, ristoranti ed aree balneabili, libere e con stabilimento. You have to be mad not to like this hotel, yes it’s not 5 star deluxe, it is 3 star but what a treat.
