REVIEWING THE RESTAURANT: Not a friendly welcome, the man responsible for the drinks looked so unhappy as if him being there was a punishment for him! The restaurant is very old fashioned, food is nothing special (for example spaghetti consisted of 70% pasta and 30% sauce). The worst thing is that they charge €1 “cover charge” per person (knives, forks table cloth), which I find completely outrageous!!! If I go to a restaurant - I expect to eat with knives and forks, if I go to a pub - I expect to drink from a glass, if I buy a car - I expect it to have wheels - WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE! I hope the owner will review this as this is completely ridiculous. You also have to pay VAT on top of this. It’s their way to earn extra cash! The waitress (blonde hair lady), however, was lovely and this is the only reason I’m giving extra star. Wouldn’t go there again. Rip off is...

Valutazione NEGATIVA a massimi livelli sulla gestione del cliente: stamane prenoto su sito di prenotazioni una camera per tre persone per il week end 11-12 dicembre presso HOTEL NORIA via del Comun 30 di Commezzadura, pago con carta ed eseguo il bonifico (richiesto da sito pagamento immediato). Dopo mezz'ora ricevo chiamata dalla struttura che mi dice che la prenotazione non é più disponibile e che mi avrebbero cancellato la prenotazione. ||Pochi minuti dopo mi mandado solo una mail "liquidatoria" dicendo di non potermi avvisare telefonicamente in quanto "avrebbero perso il mio numero di telefono"...che peró hanno trovato subito per chiamarmi ed informarmi della cancellazione... e mi dicono che avrebbero "scaricato" al sito intermediario l'onere del rimborso che avrà tempi lunghi, 7-12 giorni. Creano così a me e miei amici un disagio economico non da poco in quanto non avremo più la disponibilità di liquidità per prenotare in tempo un'altra soluzione per il week end a venire...||In questi casi l'errore è l'incompetenza é solamente della struttura LA NORIA HOTEL via del Comun 30 di Commezzadura che avrebbe dovuto chiudere l'operazione con il sito intermediario e rimborsare immediatamente con bonifico il sottoscritto in modo da non creare il disagio sopra descritto.|||| Concludendo, i gestori della struttura LA NORIA HOTEL Via del Comun 30 di Commezzadura avranno anche voluto fare i " furbetti " ma in tempi di crisi e di pandemia come questi, in cui le persone fanno SACRIFICI per permettersi un po di meritato relax NON SI GIOCA con la sensibilità coi i soldi delle persone in questo modo abominevole. ||Diffidate completamente dalla malafede di questi individui che poco hanno a che fare con lo spirito festivo e di bontà del periodo in cui tutti vorremmo solo un po di serenità in famiglia ed amici...non vi sentirete a casa, questo è certo, se i presupposti di gestione del cliente sono così già subdoli dalla...

The place is a family business and the service is excellent. The rooms are renovated and were very clean, with daily cleaning service. The hotel owner and his son were always available to take us to the ski lift by mini bus even tough it was 5 mins by walk from the hotel. The supper were 2 delicious, homemade meals (you could choose from 6 options) plus a surprise dessert. For breakfast there was a buffet. All meals served by a helpful and sympathetic lady 😊
