Hotel Garni Costanza — Hotel in Comunità montana Alta Valtellina

Out of 8 hotels we visited in 10 days during our motorcycle-trip, we experienced the friendliest and warmest welcome in Garni Costanza! ||The very kind lady made us feel comfortable and welcome the second we walked in (although we did not look neat at all in our wet and dirty motorcycle suits). She made no fuzz of id/passport/creditcard stuff and just showed us the room and told us we could park our bikes in their great private praking garage. We never needed to ask for anything, as they already provided or offered whatever we needed and more, before we could even think of it (like an umbrella in case we wanted to go out and towels to clean our motorcycles with!). ||The room was spacious, warm, cosy, comfortable, clean and had more than we could ask for (incl. cofee/tea). The (massage) shower was a bliss! Nice view, comfy beds and a very royal breakfast in the morning.||It was such a great experience that I almost regret not staying there longer than 1 night. ||I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel to others and am looking forward to return there as soon...

We spent 5 days at Hotel Costanza this past June 2022 and in all my 26 years of motorcycle touring in the Alps, I have to rate it a 5 star. The owners and staff are tops, the breakfast is superb and the price is reasonable even with the terrible Canadian-Euro exchange rate. I believe this is my 4th time in Livigno. It is too bad I did not come across this hotel sooner. As Arnold would say "I'll be back".

And sure enough, I was back in June 2023 where we spent 4 days there again. I really like having a mini-fridge in my room. We'd get some drinks and snacks at the grocery store in town - Al Portico, a few minute walk away. Dinner would be at the Roxy Bar and Bivio in town. There is so much to do here if you like to hike, motorcycle, take the Mottolino gondola to the top and...

Ho soggiornato un paio di notti (una prenotata con Booking, l'altra direttamente in loco) in questo piccolo Hotel di Livigno. L'hotel di trova in posizione centrale, in 2 minuti a piedi si è praticamente in centro, e in 10 minuti si è all'inizio di tanti percorsi da trekking. L'hotel è dotato di un piccolo parcheggio gratuito dove lasciare la macchina, di un piccolo giardino attrezzato di tutto punto, un piccolo bar molto caratteristico e di una sala per le colazioni (non offre servizio pranzo). Le camere sono di dimensioni adeguate per passare una settimana in totale tranquillità, tutte in legno, dotate di ogni confort e più! Ogni camera ha anche un piccolo terrazzino con vista sui monti con due sdraio. Le camere sono pulitissime, ben illuminate e dotate di tutto (vengono messe a disposizione anche dei piccoli gel monouso, mai visto in questi due anni di viaggi in hotel in periodo pandemia). La colazione è ottima e molto varia, con anche prodotti tipici di Livigno. In periodo pandemia per le regolamento non è possibile usufruire del buffet, ma ti viene servito tutto da una signora gentilissima. Vorrei fare anche una menzione d'onore a Milena, la proprietaria. Signora davvero super Gentile, disponibile e simpatica, ci è venuta in contro per tutto, ci ha dato consigli su cosa vedere e dove cenare in più abbiamo avuto una piacevole chiacchierata serale sull'evoluzione di Livigno. Complementi per tutto!

Ottima struttura, la consiglio vivamente, soprattutto per com'è gestita e per la simpatia e disponibilità della proprietaria. Mi rivedranno...
