I stayed here with my mother due to its proximity to the hospital. Location is perfect for the hospital. The staff were very nice and professional and service in the evening was good. It is clean, with a nice sitting area outside and in the lobby. Now for the reason I gave only 2 stars. While the room is a good size with a nice balcony, the pillows were awful. They felt like those old pillows at your grans than have been used so much that the filling bunches up and makes it very uneven. The bed is quite hard. Too much for me but that is personal preference. The sheets were scratchy and quite uncomfortable. There were blankets in the closet but they were also unpleasant to the touch. The worst part was the noise. Not from other guests but from the condenser for the AC outside. It goes on all night every 20 mins or so. Even with earbuds and all windows colsed it really really bothered me. I slept very badly.

The food was very disappointing too. The tortellini in brodo were nice but I had this scallopine in wine sauce where I could not taste any trace of wine but it was covered in a weird cheese. It was really not very nice and the portion was very small. My mother had the fish and it is literally 1 small fillet. Considering the price I thought it was really not worth the money. And we had the the version where you book earlier and it's a fix price. It was 25euros for about 10 small tortellini in brodo, a small potion of chips and what looked like 50g of meat if that. I was still hungry. I had to eat 3 bread rolls to no longer feel hungry. This meal was worth no more than 15euros at best. Its not like it was quality over quantity. It really wasn't. I didn't go to breakfast but from what I was told it is decent and included in the price.

My advice is only stay there if you need to go to the hospital. If you and can get into the village, find somewhere...

Soggiornato con mio marito per visita alla clinica San Rocco a due passi dall'hotel. Quindi ottima posizione per questo. Belle camere pulite bagno grande e pulito kit di ospitalità. Colazione della mattina abbondante e molto Ome è un piccolo paesino ma vicino a pochi km trovi tutto.

Per gentilezza vedere anche il mio feedback su TripAdvisor dopo un mese che sono qui per questioni di salute le stelle sono diminuite di moltissimo.

Alcuni addetti al personale come la signorina della reception e la piccolissima cameriera veramente indisponenti ignoranti e maleducate verso solo alcuni clienti. Per quanto mi riguarda sono qui da un mese esatto per ragioni di salute di mio marito. Ho dovuto subire l'ignoranza del personale suddetto. Io non sono stata silenziosa ho esposto le mie lamentele e la receptionist mi ha detto: visto che le rimango antepatica non mi dia più il buon giorno! Così gli ho risposto che risparmiavo fiato. La cameriera sembra la padrona del baccellaio. Questa mattina sono entrata per fare colazione ho dato il buon giorno secondo lei ha voce alta e mi dice di fare silenzio perché ci sono ospiti che fanno colazione e non devono essere disturbati : nel salone non c'era nessuno nella saletta eravamo in 4 compresa me, gli ho risposto a tono dicendogli che non avevo né urlato né mi sono messa a ballare gli ho detto che lo farò presente al direttore..... cosa mi risponde? : lei non deve rivolgermi la parola! Ragazzi ma vi sembra questo il modo io pago, loro, con i miei soldi percepiscono lo stipendio. Ma mi rivolgo anche al Direttore a cui è la terza volta che faccio una rimostranza in tal senso, credo che gli importi poco loro sanno che con l'ospedale avranno gente sempre ma l'la maleducazione rimane poi con il passare del tempo le persone si passano parola. Qui nell'albergo ne parlano tutti della maleducazione ma siccome ci stanno poco non dicono niente. L'aria condizionata è inesistente dentro la camera pur con 17 gradi di termostato la camera bolle e si arriva a 26 gradi la notte si gronda dal sudore. Siccome controllano l'aria condizionata dal pc centrale x dispetto me l'hanno anche chiusa. In questo momento sono in camera con porta aperta finestrone aperto e portellone emergenza di uscita aperta. Riesco a respirare. Sono veramente delle persone indisponente io lo cancellerei questo hotel e vorrei sapere chi gli ha dato 4 stelle....... Dovrò tornare per essere operata ma cercherò un altro posto sicuramente. Dovermi fare sangue marcio per loro credo proprio non ne valga la pena.

SONO stata invitata ad andarmene non sono gradita il padre del proprietario mi ha chiamato e mi ha detto "lei mi ha rotto i c..........i si deve levare dalle p.... e da che c'è lei ci sono problemi. Ha offeso i miei genitori e i miei suoceri che non conosce perche sia a me che a mio marito ci hanno educato male. Me ne ha dette di tutti i colori davanti ai clienti e alle inservienti. Ho chiesto dei testimoni ma nessuno si è fatto avanti mi ha detto che avrebbe chiamato i carabinieri e portato in tribunale per aver espresso idee negative su questo luogo. La prima cosa che mi è venuto in mente è di attaccarlo al muro, mi sono trattenuta ed ho cercato di parlarci per bene, ma più parlavo più mi offendeva. La mattina ne ho parlato con il figlio ed ho scoperto che era stato lui che gli aveva dato il permesso di comportarsi in questo modo, anzi mi volevano mandare via ieri mattina. Ho mio marito all'ospedale e non mi sono mossa, esce il 22 di giugno il 23 di giugno c'è ne andiamo. Qualcuno da Lassù ci penserà per me a difendermi tutto torna in dietro a chi fa del male ed è così cattivo di animo. Io non sono stata maleducata ad esprimere le mie lamentele. Loro dicono che sono l'unica ma basta guardare i feed su TripAdvisor e Google che si capisce di che pasta è fatta questa gente che questa ! Spero si ricordino di me se...

Stayed here five nights in Sept 2019. The hotel is clean, food is good enough and most staff are very helpful and friendly. ||However there is an older "gentleman" who is somehow related to the hotel management, who is just a crazy person. First night he almost tried to start a fight with me in the lounge area, and over subsequent nights he "had a go" at almost everyone in our group. ||I asked the reception if there was a problem, did I do something wrong? they said "no problem" with that 'Italian shrug' and an apologetic sigh.||So if you ignore him, its fine.||The town is very quiet, not many places to eat, you need a car...
