I think this hotel need more improvement. I think they can do better than that. I think they better listened up guest comments to become more aware of what is lacking and to evaluate it then they can choose for improvement. The staff are doing their best and they are very approachable and friendly as well. I rated this hotel not for a 4 star hotel and that is my opinion because of our experienced. I think about the Bed Cover they must cover with a sheet that is decent look not that kind of cover that is exposed. We find the room boring that is my own opinion. Luckily the room have a small terrace facing the garden and the you can see the beach and the sea. The bathroom is ok for the small people but if you are big people I think you will have problem getting to the shower and sitting to the toilet. The room has no koffie machine or electric water kettle but thank God they have small ref. The room we had, the aircon is not possible to be used coz it is still on the heating mode. They won't change it only for 1 room if nobody complained they will still use the heating even its so warm outside and the inside as well. So, the high temperature outside can affect the temperature inside. There is possibility you won't sleep good but everybody ia different body temperature. We ddnt sleep good with the open door in the terrace with the sounds of the sea and the sounds water spoiler in the lawn( garden). When I booked the room it was stated with aircon so we had a right to complained about it. They should stated it From that month to that month no aircon to be use but only heating and so on and so fort. But luckily in out last night they transfer us to the deluxe room with terrace and luckily the aircon is working there. My husband is a bit ok with it but he still mad and difficult to get over for 2 nights we ddnt sleep well coz the room was hot. Actually, the hotel outside very nice, the lobby, entrance,Bar, Terrace facing to the sea , garden, swimming pool and most of all the beach. The umbrella is free and as well the towel so it's a good thing. The parking is free and they have big parking as well in the other side of the street. The The area where the hotel is isolated. Far away in the city about 5 to 7 kilometer I think that is what I calculated but close in that number. if you don't have a car and the neighbor restaurants is close you don't have other choice but to stay in the hotel and eat in their restaurant. But we ddnt tried to eat dinner or lunch in the hotel . What we did we drive to the city Gallipoli Dinner and lunch

Read moreThe hotel staff were very nice and accommodating from the front desk to the bar staff. The hotel looked really nice and clean, and freshly painted. Breakfast was simple but nice as well, would have liked some granola for our yogurt though. The A/C was a bit rattly in our room, and had to be turned on/off by front desk which was fine. There was not enough staff for the lobby/lounge bar, only 1 barman. I had to walk up from the beach, into the hotel lobby lounge, stand and wait 20-25 min every time we wanted to order a glass of wine or margarita, then wait while it was being made and bring it back to the beach... There was no service person to wait on us at the beach, also the bar had very limited food, just snacks. The restaurant that is open for lunch is not nice at all, we walked in there and walked back out, it was so depressing in there.. dark and old looking, very different from the rest of the modern hotel, they should to turn that area into a spa/sauna/steam room and have the main dining room that is upstairs open for lunch, and would be nice to see service of more snacks on the beautiful terrace they have. The pool area didn't have the best sun loungers and the pool bar was closed. the hotel seems to be under utilized, with lots of potential. Last thing we didn't like was the fact that you can not drink the tap water, and therefore they make you pay for bottled water that is in your fridge and also at the bar.. this was very lame, I even commented and complained to the front desk and they said sorry you will have to pay for the water, 2e per bottle in your room or 1e at the bar. All in all the hotel was nice, fabulous beach and sun loungers, but it was so dead in a way.. lack of food & beverage, and they are missing the mark on this one.. they could be making money with that stuff. Best suggestion, buy some water/wine and snacks for your room fridge, and go into Galipolli for dinner. We went there for the fabulous beach.. but would not go back due to the level & lack of service provided.. Tip to hotel: people travel a long distance for a holiday.. and when we get there, we like to be able to eat, drink and be merry and enjoy the surroundings.. more service needed; food,...
Read moreWe stayed there for 3 nights and we were quite disappointed about the services provided considering the price charged.
Parking is meant to be for clients only but when you arrive during the day, it's full as people going to the beach park there. The hotel should make sure only clients can use it. There was no free bottled water provided in the room which is a basic service than many 4-stars hotel provide, especially when it's 35°+ outside. Breakfast is not good for a 4-stat hotel. Products were basic quality (ham and mozzarella were cheap), no actual coffee provided, just from a machine and juice isn't fresh. We tried the pizzeria which is part of the hotel for takeaway. We were told it would take 10min, it took 45min with waiter lying to us many times saying "2min, it's in the oven" every 10min. The gym looked brand new on the pictures whereas it's actually cramped with machines from the 70s with no water nor towels provided.
On the positive side, the location is great with excellent beach access and good service with designated sunbed reserved for you during the whole stay. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful so issue with this hotel seems to be management which is saving on little things to make extra profit rather than making sure clients...
