Hotel Miramare — Hotel in Giugliano in Campania

As I read in the reviews of this hotel, I can confirm that the managers discriminate against those who are not from Italy. It is good to read as many reviews as possible and make a decision after being informed. This crisis, which affects us all, also affects the management of this hotel. The management staff composed of a family (mother, daughter and son) are also receptionists and waiters and chambermaids..., they do everything to save money, it's very good, but not enough staff to meet the needs of this hotel when it has a maximum occupancy rate . It can be clearly seen in the responses from the guest reviews, that our complaints are transformed as being offensive and unfriendly, by no means regrets or that measures will be taken to remedy the deficiencies found rightly. Since I spent a week at this hotel, I feel the need for the following guests to be properly informed and to be careful. Breakfast is invariably composed of: only boiled eggs Emmental cheese, salami and ham (finish first) natural yogurt (finished first) and flavored commercial pastry products (from the supermarket) 2 types of natural juice from the tetra pack (with sugar) The cleanliness of the rooms is adequate

The refrigerator in the rooms (where it is located) is only for decoration, you cannot put a cold beer because they have a bar and you have to consume (buy) there; it is not written but is transmitted orally through the hotel...

Very bad experience - Valuables stolen! The facilities of this hotel are good, and everything was pleasant until I had a very bad experience staying here. On the last day, while packing my things, I was shocked to discover that my Swarovski earrings and necklace had disappeared — they were simply gone. When I reported this to the receptionist, he replied that his sister works at the hotel and that they do not touch guests’ personal belongings. He insisted it was my fault for not using the safe (which staff can access anyway), and even told me that if I was not satisfied with his answer, I should call the police. Is it really my fault that my personal belongings disappeared? Shouldn’t the fact that they went missing matter? I had been warned that theft can happen in Naples and to be careful with my wallet and phone, but I never imagined something like this could happen inside a hotel. I travel frequently and have stayed in hotels with much lower ratings, but I have never before had personal items stolen from my room. In the end, I lost items of great sentimental value, but the hotel staff lost their honor over a few hundred euros. Hotel con ampio parcheggio e in una buona posizione per diversi servizi. Personale cordiale e gentile soprattutto i proprietari e il ragazzo ricciolo alla reception. Purtroppo non posso dare un gran voto alla camera perché a parte essere pulita difettava per diverse cose di cui alcune che abbiamo segnalato ma che non sono state risolte nei tre giorni e mezzo in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Il telecomando della stanza ha funzionato la prima sera quando siamo arrivati poi piu e non erano le pile il problema, la doccia bella esteticamente da asciutta ma non il massimo nell uso per farmi una doccia con shampoo ci ho messo 50min perché l acqua del doccione aperta al massimo andava come se fosse al minimo e il piatto doccia liscio lucido non l abbiamo apprezzato molto,rifletterei sull acquistare degli adesivi antiscivolo su amazon perché il rischio c’è parecchio anche per me che ho 32 anni e non salto nella doccia.. oltretutto con due ante in vetro sottilissimo come apertura sarebbe anche una sicurezza per voi che non ci scivolasse contro chi si sta lavando. Il mio compagno ha rischiato di rimanere chiuso in bagno perché la serratura della porta del bagno oscillava all interno del buco quindi solo a toccarla anche a gancio inserito si spostava il tutto e la serratura faceva poi il rumore di apertura ma rimaneva di fatto chiusa,fortuna c ero io fuori dal bagno. Quella della porta della camera invece che ha apparentemente un gancio di chiusura interna non funzionava e noi con un bimbo piccolo avremmo apprezzato che funzionasse in modo da non guardare costantemente che non uscisse senza di noi magari mentre facevamo la doccia o ci vestivamo. Per il resto la camera era ok pulita dotata di tv un tavolino un balconcino frigo piccolino armadio a vista phon di quelli da hotel quindi di fatto l essenziale c era tutto. Meglio qualche controllo in più ma le cose c erano e l aspetto delle camere è minimal ma moderno ci è piaciuto. Per quanto riguarda la colazione consiglierei di cuocere meno paste ma magari variarle un po’ e acquistare una marca un pochino più valida come qualità perché secchissime come impasto e lavorando in un bar so bene cosa si può trovare,secondo me con poco si può fare una figura nettamente migliore. Non ho assaggiato nient altro se non il caffè a pagamento a bancone che ho trovato molto buono. Eventualmente potete pensare di provare almeno a mettere i cornetti la sera prima sulle teglie del forno o su altri vassoi foderati con la carta forno NEL FRIGO in modo che al mattino si siano scongelate rimanendo in forma ma cuociono 100volte meglio uscendo più soffici meno stoppose riducendo di qualche minuto la cottura,noi a prescindere dalla marca facciamo così altrimenti la mattina bisogna correre e le paste cuociono male quindi doppia fatica x niente,provate. Da lì a due minuti c’è un bar tabaccheria buono comunque quindi non è una critica per l hotel,se non mi sta bene cammino e vado da un altra parte,è solo un consiglio per fare...
