We spent one night at the hotel in July and were treated very unfairly.
The room was small, outdated, and not worth the price. Tiny windows, inadequate curtains, and a broken power strip. The location isn't ideal either, with a steep walk of about 30 minutes and no reliable public transportation.
At night, we discovered there were no towels in the room. The reception was unmanned at the time, and the room was basic, so we assumed towels were only available upon request.
We left the next day as usual. Shortly after checking out, however, I was charged €80 without warning for allegedly "stolen towels," even though there were never any. My inquiry was met with rudeness, and the owner even hung up on me laughing. I haven't received a refund to this day; I was only able to resolve the issue through Booking after weeks of contacting Customer Service.
