Hotel Lares — Hotel in Magnifica Comunità degli Altipiani Cimbri

Shockingly awful, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The waiters and receptionist was very nice. The chef on the other hand was very bad, most food each night wasn’t edible and made 5 people i was with sick (I stayed for 6 days 5 nights). The rooms were better than expected however the showers don’t work properly and hardly any water comes out if a few showers are on at the same time. The maids seemed to come in and make 1 bed out of 6 in the room a day which I thought was odd. It says it’s a ski in ski out however it is most definitely not. It’s about a 12 minute walk to the ski lifts up a very tall hill. The slopes were good and so was the ski resort. There was only one black run but you can ski to other villages and towns which is a plus about the location. On a bad note, there was only one tiny shop with very limited food, no fresh food, fruit or vegetables, and everything they sold was at a very high price. It’s a good place for nice scenery but not for the location. I would recommend bringing your own pillows as they were VERY flat and only have one. The walls are also very thin so you can hear everything, even through floors. They never changed the towels, however the beds were at a good standard for the type of place...

Together with friends I have spent a week in this hotel and our overall experience was terrible. To start with, we arrived to a cold room and had to argue with the hotel owner about turning on the heating. Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem and we spent the entire week freezing at night in our room despite multiple complaints about it. Secondly, the food is made out of the cheapest ingredients imaginable e.g one day we got served a pasta with beans and potatos. Last but not least, we had constant problems with wi-fi being unaccessible at the hotel.

Premetto che siamo un gruppo di ragazzi dell'oratorio in vacanza per Capodanno. Non potendo mettere 0 stelle, vi elenco alcune delle ragioni per cui non venire ad alloggiare in questo hotel. Le camere erano palesemente da 2 persone, con letti singoli o a castello aggiunti in seguito. Gli spazi quindi erano limitati, oltre al fatto che nelle camere con la finestra in bagno, la doccia bloccava l'apertura della finestra. Nella camera con la vasca da bagno c'era una macchia gialla un po' sospetta, spero fosse calcare!!! Nelle camere il riscaldamento era al massimo e anche spegnendolo emanava aria calda, creando uno sbalzo termico elevato. Le porzioni dei pasti erano scarse, soprattutto a pranzo dove il menu prevedeva un piatto unico, non degno di un hotel a 3 stelle perché spesso cucinato male oppure insapore. Inoltre uno di noi ha trovato un insetto nell'insalata, forse volevano dare più sapore al cibo? È capitato 2 volte che in sala da pranzo piovesse dal soffitto e le gocce d'acqua cadevano nei piatti. Dovevi mangiare alla velocità della luce perché i piatti ti venivano tolti quando nemmeno avevi finito di mangiare. Va bene che le porzioni erano per gnomi, ma almeno dammi il tempo di finire quello che ho nel piatto. L'unica nota positiva di questo "hotel" era il personale. Tutti molto gentili, disponibili e premurosi e anche molto alla mano. Tutti tranne il propietario, veramente maleducato e cafone. Ha inveito più volte contro di noi dandoci dei maleducati e dei deficienti, bestemmiando anche contro noi ragazzi. Durante i pasti ci dicevano di stare in silenzio, non di parlare a bassa voce, proprio di fare silenzio (ovviamente detto urlando e in modo non carino). Se 60 persone parlano in una sala piccola, non puoi pretendere che ci sia silenzio, no? Se cercate un posto sereno per trascorrere le vacanze, questo non è il posto per voi.
