I liked the bed, the towels and the wifi. I didn't like that they let me sleep on the balcony, almost freezing from the cold and at risk of getting pneumonia, without being able to take my prescription medication. It was an inhumane attitude, to say the least. Even though I had informed that I was at risk of arriving after 11 pm (check-in limit) because I had gone through a series of inconveniences due to the incompetence of transport employees (especially the trains), I realized that after calling the host's name several times and ringing the bell several times, the host did not answer and even turned off the bell, making me spend a whole night sleepless, wet from rain and freezing on the porch. I arrived at the accommodation at 00:40h. I understand that each hosting has its own policy; However, I believe that attitudes of humanity must be above policies, rules, laws. On the second day of the stay, the room heater was turned off. No hot or lukewarm water comes out of the kitchen tap. Just ice water.
