We spent there two nights. The location is fine, close to the airport, to Marsala and Mozia's Island. The staff is friendly.||However, we have to say that we are disappointed by our stay. The first night we were woken up by ants on the bed. Though the staff claims that it was due to food on the bed, we didn't bring any food in the room.||Our room was situated just above a noisy street (the staff usually suggest to book a more expensive room with sea view to avoid this problem, we suggest to do not book a room at all), the breakfast was not fresh and of a low quality if compared to others b&b in the area (do not ask for a cappuccino, they'll bring you a 99% milk drink).||The pool was...

It was clean, friendly, quiet (despite being on the main road) and well-provided. e would have stayed longer, had we known this in advance, and in fact it was an accident (an overbooking at a nearby apartment - which when we saw it we were glad about) that brought us to the Isola. Read moreWhen we arrived we were told they had issues with both the air-condition and water, but was trying to get someone there immediately (a Sunday) to fix it. We were offered free drinks and they suggested we use the pool, while they try to fix things. ||They were not able to get anyone there to fix the water, so they agreed that we could cancel the rooms at no cost (although they were not refundable). They also offered us additional drinks for free and charged us nothing for pool and towel use etc. ||Things can break, I wish everyone would treat such times like this hotel did. Great customer...
