Overall, this place deserves 3 stars but only gets 2 for the poor staff and poor communication. When we arrived we were not told that we needed to wear a swimming cap, more were there any signs indicating this requirement. The staff yelled at us and I went to the reception to get them only to be sent to a completely different reception on the other side of the spa. I paid for the caps only to be yelled at a second time for having the wrong ones! The spa is a bit outdated, could definitely be cleaner and is always crowded as the facilities are not made for the amount of people they allow, especially during Covid. In addition, the Turkish bath was broken and when I informed the staff they could not care less. The price is affordable but I would no go here again. What trip to Italy is complete without a visit to one of their famous thermal baths? Terme di Monticelli is a real treat especially if you are travelling in Italy and need a day just for yourself to unwind from all of that wonderful food and sights. I spent 4 hours here and for 20 euros it was time well spent. With various hydro baths steam and sauna rooms as well as jacuzzis with real jets perfectly placed to loosen up your body I was in heaven. The Italians really understand the meaning of hygiene, this facility is very clean and extremely well maintained. It also has therapeutic treatments and a hotel attached, Hotel seller Rose and wonderful gardens should you want to have a wellness vacation. I feel rejuvenated and ready...

Struttura ampia in un bellissimo parco a ridosso delle colline parmensi, ingresso hotel molto accogliente ed ampio parcheggio. Piscine molto grandi con acqua termale. Trascorso una giornata con pacchetto "Un giorno con noi" per € 60 a persona in quanto festivo. L'ingresso alle piscine termali non è stato del tutto semplice (mancanza indicazioni chiare percorso piscine-SPA); Spogliatoi di dimensioni non sufficienti agli utenti presenti, mancanza spazi di appoggio e assenza di personale dedicato alla pulizia durante il giorno (spogliatoi sporchi), forte rumore proveniente da un termosifone negli spogliatoi degli uomini; Per quanto riguarda lo spogliatoio sopra la Piscina del Parco, un sorriso e un po’ più di gentilezza da parte del personale addetto non dispiacerebbe. Ambienti freddi causati da lunghi corridoi non riscaldati ma necessari per transitare da un ambiente all'altro; Zona relax situata in area di transito non idonea a svolgere la sua funzione e con lettini occupati con teli di utenti non presenti (mancanza di personale dedicato a sorvegliare a questo problema diffuso anche in altre zone), inoltre un punto con distribuzione acqua sarebbe gradito. Pranzo: ottima l'idea della consumazione del pasto direttamente in accappatoio ma l'ambiente non è idoneo in quanto situato adiacente all'ingresso dell'hotel e in area di filtro con la sala ristorante. Abbiamo avuto freddo per tutta la durata del pranzo e alcune pietanze (flan di parmigiano, secondo di anatra e mela cotta) erano fredde, non abbiamo segnalato il problema perchè non vedevamo l'ora di andare al caldo.
