The Garden Bar — Restaurant in Montechiarugolo

I had a very bad experience in this place. I went here to eat gelato and ordered from the counter (which I now understand was a mistake because I wanted to sit down). When they handed it to me the cone broke and the ice cream fell into my hands. This can happen and in itself is not a big problem but I think the waiter was offended because I said I wanted a new one. I got a new ice cream and I went to sit down in the nice outdoor area that they have but then the waiter came and told me it was only for those who ordered an expensive ice cream or something more. I asked if I could order water but that was not enough. The place was almost empty so it was not that they needed to reserve the space for other customers. I then asked if I could please order something more to be able to sit but he didnt listen and he told me I had to got out and sit on the benches outside. I repeated my question in case he did not understand my italian but then he just pointed to the door and was clearly annoyed with me. Really rude behavior and I will not...

È oramai un anno che ci vado almeno una volta a settimana, che dire, se è un anno, vuol dire che mi trovo bene. Personale cordiale, posto bello e ben tenuto, fresco d'estate e caldo d'inverno, gelati in estate e cioccolata in inverno, capaci di preparare drink e con un ottima birra alla spina, l'unica cosa che non credo di aver assaggiato è il caffè in quanto non sono amante. I prezzi sono normalissimi, quasi bassi per il servizio offerto. Ci vado e ci andrò, di questo ne sono certo. Bar Gelateria "Il Giardino", hai le mie 5 stelle...

Ragazzi giovani, simpaticissimi con tanta voglia di fare.... cortesi e gentili.... Sempre pronti alle nuove sperimentazioni e ampliamento dei loro prodotti... dal buonissimo gelato artigianale con i più svariati gusti (servito nelle coppe come una volta) alle torte gelato. Nell' attesa di provare i nuovi prodotti natalizi mi gusto un corroborante caffè al ginseng... Ottime le prime colazioni. Passando da Monticelli Terme è una piacevole...
