We had a triple room , my husband, myself and our 12 yr old daughter. It was very spacious and clean. Management was courteous and went out of their way to be helpful. Being an American i love my ice, since there wasn't an "ice machine" I took my cooler to the bar and they gladly filled it each and every time I asked. We stayed only 4 nights but we wished it could have been more. The pool was big and clean for the most part except for the falling leaves which I imagine were hard to keep up with. Breakfast was included but again as an American I would have liked to see a bit more selection. To many Italians it would have been perfect, lots of home made cakes and crostate. There was no fresh fruit offered, though I'm sure if I'd asked it wouldn't have been a problem. I would have like to see more salty (savory) things for starting out my day also. There was a problem with the boiler on two of our days there so I'm the one out of all of us who got an lukewarm shower. Read moreWe arrived late after a long drive through the Montalcino winelands. Check in was quick and easy and the welcome was warm despite the total lack of any English.||||The room was massive and had a big balcony that overlooked the farmlands next door. The hotel itself was quite isolated at the end of a long road next to the main road that went to Rome. It must be said that we chose this hotel simply as a stop off location on our way back to Rome. We didn't get the chance to visit nearby Montefiascone.||||The restaurant that was attached to the hotel was clean and had a large menu which was perfect for us after a long drive. The pizza was one of the best of our entire trip round Italy! ||||The breakfast was basic with only cereals and croissants being offered but the coffee was excellent.||||Check out was swift and with that we were on our...
