Ranch Palace Hotel — Hotel in Naples

We did our research and were fully aware of the location. It seems the hotel is used mainly by locals and travelling contractors. ||We used this hotel for one overnight stay prior to catching a flight from Naples after a holiday in Ischia. |We booked the family suite room. Very spacious. The hotel was very clean. Staff friendly and welcoming. |Food was delicious and authentic. We had breakfast included, which was exactly as I would expect, pastries, yogurts and coffees. ||Swimming pool was available to use with no additional charges as per some reviews, you do however need to wear a swim cap for “hygiene” purposes if you’re dunking your head. These are an additional €3. |Pool was clean, sun loungers were clean, some umbrellas needed changing.||Do not use this hotel as your main holiday base unless you’re prepared to drive and not bothered about its location or facilities. It’s not central to Naples at all, and not the best area for an evening stroll. But would recommend if looking for an overnight stay. ||We took a taxi to the airport which cost €25, it was a 20min drive.||The hotel displays a sign stating they do not book taxis but I think this maybe for longer stays? I didn’t have any problems from reception when I requested they book us a taxi...

We had a fantastic stay at the ranch palace hotel, the staff were very helpful and super friendly, they made us feel welcome from the moment we got there and really did go out of their way to help us in any way they could, we cannot thank them enough for making our visit to Naples so special! |The location was perfect, Just out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre but at the same time not too far out. |The Hotel offered a free shuttle to and from the metro station which was a great touch, they also arranged all of our taxis which was so helpful. |The room was spacious and clean and the outside area with the pool was beautiful, overall a really lovely hotel. |PS the food at the restaurant was very yummy too, the waiters were great and went out of their way to cater to our needs even though there was 16 of us! |Thanks to all the staff at ranch palace hotel, we would definitely...

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per cinque giorni, ma purtroppo l'esperienza è stata deludente e non all'altezza delle aspettative di un quattro stelle. A mio avviso, la struttura rispecchia più un tre stelle.

Aspetti negativi:

Struttura e comfort: La mancanza di un ascensore è stata un notevole inconveniente, soprattutto considerando l’assenza di aria condizionata nelle scale. Questo ha reso gli spostamenti interni particolarmente scomodi e poco piacevoli, specialmente nei giorni più caldi.

Condizioni esterne: La facciata dell’hotel appariva trascurata, con fiori secchi che davano un aspetto poco curato all’ingresso. Questo dettaglio, seppur estetico, influisce sulla prima impressione e non è certamente quella che ci si aspetta da un hotel di questa categoria.

Camere: La disposizione delle camere è stata problematica, con un balcone condiviso tra tre stanze. Questo comprometteva seriamente la privacy e la sicurezza, dato che era possibile per gli ospiti delle altre camere affacciarsi direttamente o, peggio, entrare nella mia stanza senza alcun ostacolo. Per non parlare che si sentiva tutto quello che si diceva nella camera accanto, tanto che all’1 di notte ho dovuto bussare nel muro perché era un continuo ridere e parlare!

Ristorazione: Il servizio ristorazione è stato una grande delusione. I pasti erano di scarsa qualità e insipidi. Un esempio è stato un piatto di cozze che sembrava bollito e privo di sapore. Inoltre, la cena inclusa nel pacchetto era ridotta all'essenziale: solo un antipasto e un primo. Infine, la pizza ordinata una sera in hotel era talmente acida che è stata quasi immangiabile.

Posizione: L'hotel è isolato, senza nessuna attrattiva o alternativa per mangiare nelle vicinanze. Per chi cerca un po’ di vita o semplicemente la possibilità di variare i pasti fuori dall'hotel, questa posizione risulta essere un grosso svantaggio.

Piscina: La piscina è stata una grande delusione. Rialzata, con un muro di fronte agli sdrai che rendeva il panorama deprimente, l’area piscina non era affatto invitante. Inoltre, l’erba sintetica sul pavimento emanava un odore di stantio, contribuendo a rendere l’esperienza ancora meno gradevole.

L’unica cosa positiva che mi sento di scrivere è il cappuccino e il croissant caldo a colazione!

Conclusione: Nel complesso, l’esperienza non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. La classificazione a quattro stelle è fuorviante e non riflette la qualità dei servizi offerti. Non consiglierei questo hotel a chi cerca comfort e qualità durante il...
