1/5 |Terrible experience – dishonest and unprofessional owners!||We arrived at the property and were shocked to find out (something that was never mentioned before) that using the swimming pool is only allowed if you wear disgusting rubber swim caps, which of course you have to buy from them – there’s no other option.||When we asked to see the pool first, it turned out to be dirty, with algae and residue along the edges. The man at the reception told us that their pool-cleaning machine was broken (!!) but we could still swim – as long as we wore those caps.||We said we wanted to cancel the stay immediately, but the owner refused to give us a refund. We spent hours arguing and, of course, never got our money back.||To make things worse, I paid the tourist tax by card, and the owner told me to write down my bank details on a piece of paper so he could send it back later – needless to say, that never happened.||This place is run by liars and cheats. Absolutely disgusting experience – avoid...

Siamo stati tre giorni e 4 notti, ma abbiamo vissuto pochissimo l’esterno perché faceva freddo in quei giorni. La cosa che posso dire, che questo luogo ha del potenziale incredibile ma che deve ancora esprimere a pieno! Per un costo medio alto I servizi dovrebbero essere ben diversi!! Una colazione molto più fornita con dolce e salato freschi e non prodotti a lunga conservazione o magari con prodotti tipici e non cornetti surgelati! E le stanze dovrebbero avere perlomeno un cassettone o un armadio e le luciiiii , perché di sera non si vedeva nulla!! La pulizia delle stanze lascia a desiderare e non dovrebbe, perché ribadisco il costo può andar bene se decisamente proporzionale. Ho girato tantissima Sicilia e queste pecche non ci sono mai state. Il luogo è magico, il signor Domenico è gentilissimo e ospitale ma manca ancora quel qualcosa che lo rendi...
