R&B Albero Cavo Parma — Hotel in Parma

Room is essentially a converted stable. The owner's brother Luca met us there and although a very pleasant and charming man this cannot make up for the limitations of this accommodation. The property is right beside the motorway - despite this we did not find it noisy. There seem to be 3 'rooms' in the grounds of the main house - no one was staying in the main house that we could see so you are essentially alone at night, not big problem as we were a couple and there were 2 other people apparently staying (on long lets) but some may not like or expect to be alone at night. No phone in the room, a bottle of water and plastic cups were provided, no kettle, tea/coffee etc. Shower was quickly cold in the morning. Breakfast was appalling - allegedly they can't provide any food they prepare due to regulations (???) so breakfast consisted of pre packed/in the plastic wrapping cakes, yoghurt and some cornflakes - no fresh fruit or bread etc. This cost €80 - very, poor value for money. The owner has other businesses abroad (according to information in the room) and this feels very much like a sideline with no attention...

Che dire.. La Sig.Daniela è una donna gentile e garbata che sa mettere gli ospiti a propio agio,sin dal primo momento. Iniziamo dalla posizione, ottima,appena 5 minuti da Parma centro, lontano dal frastuono ma vicinissima alla movida . Il luogo è suggestivo e quasi incantevole, una vecchia dimora storica agricola🏡 trasformata in un B&B mantenendo tuttavia il suo carattere unico. Piante di tutti i tipi decorano il giardino ricco di piccoli angoli romantici🪵. La camera che ho potuto visionare,pulita, ampia e letti comodi. Il resto ...venitelo a scoprire. 🐳 Follow me 🤙🏽

What can I say .. Mrs. Daniela is a kind and polite woman who knows how to put guests at ease, from the first moment. Let's start with the excellent location, just 5 minutes from the center of Parma, away from the noise but very close to the nightlife. The place is suggestive and almost enchanting, an old historic agricultural residence🏡 transformed into a B&B while maintaining its unique character. Plants of all kinds decorate the garden full of small romantic corners 🪵. The room that I was able to view, clean, large and comfortable beds. The rest ... come and find out. 🐳 Follow me 🤙🏽

Que puedo decir.. La Sra. Daniela es una mujer amable y educada que sabe como hacer que los huespedes se sientan a gusto, desde el primer momento. Comencemos por la excelente ubicación, a solo 5 minutos del centro de Parma, lejos del ruido pero muy cerca de la vida nocturna. El lugar es sugerente y casi encantador, una antigua residencia agrícola histórica🏡 transformada en un B&B manteniendo su carácter único. Plantas de todo tipo decoran el jardín lleno de pequeños rincones románticos 🪵. La habitación que pude ver, limpia, camas grandes y cómodas. El resto... ven y descúbrelo. 🐳...

Siamo stati in questo bed and breakfast per alcune notti ,e ci siamo ritrovati come in una piccola oasi di pace, al di fuori dei rumori della grande città; pulizia, ordine, tanta accoglienza dei titolari e del signor Luca, che sono sempre stati disponibili ad ascoltare le nostre esigenze e molto ospitali e gentilissimi; colazione abbondante, e attenzione nel rifornire ogni mattina ciò che mancava. Bellissima struttura ricettiva ricavata da un antico casolare ,e bravura dei proprietari a mantenere la bellezza dell' antico , ( travi in legno del soffitto delle camere, pietre a vista nelle pareti, portoncini antichi stupendi ), pur offrendo le comodità e funzionalità del moderno. Possibilità di pizzerie vicine e locali che fanno asporto e ci siamo ritrovati la sera la cena già pronta e portata a domicilio seduti al fresco del bellissimo giardino. Luogo di tranquillità e relax a poca distanza da Parma ( con navetta bus 15 minuti si arriva alla stazione ). Consigliatissimo a tutti , speriamo davvero di ritornare presto !
