A wonderful week! Absolutely loved the pool, with Nadia making sure that we were looked after for drinks! The apartment was clean with great air conditioning and usable kitchen. WiFi was perfect for our 2 teenagers. Mario was a great MTB guide showing us just some of the many trails in the area with shuttles getting us up the hills. We hope to return so we can explore even more trails. Restaurant recommendations were spot on and the the walk into town and back was very straight forward! The free shuttle bus was a bonus on hot afternoons getting back from town. Thank you Mario and Milania.

The perfect base for a mountain bike trip in the Finale region. My group booked the shuttle and guiding company as a package with mtb trails finale ligure We loved the pool and bar area to relax after bike rides. The superb staff Mario, Melania and Tower took great care of us throughout our stay. Good parking on site and you can walk to the old town for dinners and ice cream. The shuttles pickup right at the property.

My family & I had one incredibly nice time at the Residence holidays!! :). We got welcomed by two so kind and happy people behind the desk and days were after rolling out with every day sunny time by the swimming pool and evening gathering program. We enjoyed an enjoyable dinner, karaoke, magician show for kids and the room was just enough for us. Next year certainly coming again..very gladly. :)

We spend one week in Pietra Ligure - family 2+2 (girls age 6 and 9).||||The residence is located quite far from the center (20 min walking distance with kids) however I wouldn't recommend walking with children especially when it's dark. There is no footpath in most part of the way so it's very dangerous with all the motorbikes passing by. There are very small parking spaces in the city and close to the beach and it's impossible (!!!) to find free parking space at any time.||That's why the owners offer free shuttle bus four times a day to the city center and to the beach. We've been once in the old city center (very beautiful) and once to the local beach (we didn't really like it as the free beach was very narrow and packed with people - there are a lot of paid private beaches when you can rent sun beds and umbrellas but we are not fond of such places) After all we found nicer beach in Varigotti (If I remember well it was Baia dei Saraceni) close to the rocks with nice sand and not too crowded. It was still private (5 EUR adults children free) but you didn't have to take their sunbeds/umbrellas. Bar/lifeguard/toilets/shower/dressing room everything was there.||||When you choose the room/apartment make sure you check in which building it will be. I chose economy family room with bunk bed, kitchen angle and bathroom via booking.com. Unfortunately it was in the first building close to the noisy street and view on the highway. The balcony was nice and big with small table, 2 chairs and a dryer but it was impossible to relax with the noise of motorbikes passing under...the kids didn't mind they were playing on the balcony all the time. ||The room it self was very simple and quite small for 4 people. The furniture especially kitchen angle and the bathroom quite old - design from the 80's I would say. The kitchen equipment was sufficient to cook simple meal - we used it a lot. Fridge was very small and the freezer door was missing which was a shame. ||The bathroom was small with "italian style" bath, bide', toilet and basin. It was clean I can't complain about it but it wasn't practical to move if more than one person inside.||||What I really liked is the swimming pool surrounded by a nice garden - not too big but also not too small, always clean with sunbeds and umbrellas. We were going there in the late afternoon and it wasn't too crowded. Few people and a nice atmosphere. There you could relax. Nice playground for the children and ping-pong table. ||||I liked the hospitality of the owners and my special thanks go to the mother of the owner Nonna:) and her brother (shuttle bus driver) that helped us to organize a mechanic when our car broke down one day prior to our departure. We've managed to come home safely (2000km). Grazie:)||||All in all I liked our stay. If I had to choose again I would pay a bit more for the bigger and newly furnished room/apartment - I saw they have really nice ones.||||Places to visit in the closest neighbourhood - Finalborgo (beautiful old town), Noli, Grotte in Borgo Verezzi (amazing). Cinque Terre are 2h from Pietra Ligure so a bit far but we...

We visited the residence for the last two weeks of august. Unfortunatly our car got aome engine problems but the owner Mr. Mario as kind and lovely as he is helped us out. He even stayed after the closing time to help us and visited with us his friend, a car-mechanic. The hole story is a bit longer but at the end : Mr. Mario is the kindest and nicest Hotel owner we met. His team is very open and ready to help. The hotel is a bit far away from the beach we visited but the shuttle bus brought us there every morning and took us back around 12.30 am and than the same thing at the afternoon. The hotel is very clean and organized. The only issue was the parking we had to use the parking a few meters away from the territory the reason is the size of aour huge family-wagon. We defenetly will visit Mr. Parodi´s residence again. 10 out of 5 Stars :)

P.S. The sea is so warm and clean we saw the ground 10 meters under the water-level. Liguria is a beautifull place and region but a bit expensive. The first mechanic asked for 700€ but mister Parodi managed it for us so at the end we went to his friend at it cost only 100€. Just ask for help you won´t be...

Excellent apartment for enduro riding in Italy!

I stayed in this apartment during my enduro mtb trip in Italy and it was absolutely perfect for my needs. The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed.

One of the best features was the private garage for storing our bikes, which was a huge plus. It also had a Kärcher pressure washer and a bike stand, making bike maintenance easy after long rides. Everything was as it should be—clean, functional, and well-organized.

Additionally, the apartment had a nice little balcony with a beautiful view, which was a great place to relax after a day on the trails.

Highly recommended for cyclists looking for a convenient and...
