I went in a group of 20. We had an amazing stay here. All the staff were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Pino, one of the members of staff was excellent and very friendly and worked very hard to make sure we were happy, any request we had, Pino dealt with it right away. We were happy with the location as it was a short walk up to Pizzo town, and its located right beside Pizzo train station, which is convenient if you didn't have a car. The residence itself had a pool and you could see the sea from our room. Our room had a balcony at the front and back. The apartment was a good size and the bedroom was big. There was a small kitchen area with cupboards and sink and a cooker. There was a tv, kettle and free wifi among other things. we were able to make dinners cooking food on the cooker. We went in the middle of May so there wasn't many others staying there and had the pool to ourselves all week. There is a really nice restaurant beside our apartments where we ate most nights and had a big dinner there also. The food was brilliant and so were the staff. While we were there, staff members were working on the grounds to improve and enhance the place. The only downside experienced was that the train sometimes passes behind the apartments, but it was always a small train. It was excellent value for our money. I would recommend this place to everyone as it's a very relaxing town and residence with lovely staff and right beside public transport and...
Read moreWe had a wonderful week stay here, stayed in the ground floor suite which are so specious modern & clean. It’s a very quiet & peaceful place to stay. |Vera & the reception staff were so helpful & friendly & resolved all our needs during our stay. Great pool which was cleaned daily, (we had to ourselves most of our stay.). Pino was also very nice & helpful with our safe & small bits we needed doing.|We didn’t have a car but was no problem getting a taxi into the local town pizzo which is 5 minute's away by car. With restaurants, few shops & plenty of ice cream places! You can’t really walk as it’s a main road with no paths. Although we did have a walk there along the beach in the day, a bit uneven & lot steps up into the main town square.|The restaurant on-site was very nice & lovely friendly people, they opened at 10pm to cook for us on our arrival which was much appreciated. And delicious dishes. We had breakfast most days which was lovely but would be nice to have a few more choices of different breakfast. |Would also be nice if there was a small shop or things to buy near by.|Would definitely stay...
Read moreThis was my first time to Italy and my partners 2nd time. I can honestly say that I had the best time and will definitely be coming back. Everywhere that we turned their was such beautiful scenery, wonderful kind people, good food....I could go on forever. When we arrived at Pietre Bianche, I could not believe how lovely it was. The flowers all around the hotel were so colorful and the place looked amazing. When we checked in, we met the wonderful Pino that we had read so much about on trip advisor before we arrived. He sure did live up to his reputation. Pino is one of the most kindest people I have ever met. He would always go out of his way to make sure our stay was a good one and one to remember. Seeing his face in the mornings to greet you was always a delight. He really made our stay wonderful and myself and my partner Stan will truly miss him. The day we left was a sad day for us all. I will be highly recommending Pietre Bianche to all friends and family as everything was clean tidy and assisted in making us feel totally relaxed. We miss you Pino and thank you for your...
