Lo Teisson — Hotel in Pollein

For my wife and I, “Lo Teisson” was the difference between a good trip and an amazing one! Viviana, the owner, was kind and exceptionally helpful when it comes to choosing the places to see and eat in the entire Aosta valley. We’ve been to many B&B’s across Europe and Lo Teisson definitely stands out. ||As for the usual technicalities:||- Breakfast is superb! A variety of fresh and locally-produced cheese, ham, sausage and pastry (along with other standard breakfast goodies).||- Rooms are cosy, super-clean and tidy.||- Location is ideal for anyone with a rental car - Pollein (the village) is peaceful and quite, yet less than 10 minutes drive from Aosta’s busy center, and up to 40 minutes drive from any other notable location in Aosta valley (inc....

Lo Teisson is a bed and breakfast property in a stone building of some antiquity fronting onto the main road through Pollein, a pretty commune on the opposite side of the valley to Aosta and with impressive views of nearby mountains.|Lo Teisson is a property of character tastefuly appointed and presented. There is a car park to the rear and Pollein is well placed for access to the autoroute.|We had a very good welcome and staff were friendly and helpful throughout.|Our room was satisfactory for an overnight stay, and had the benefit of a balcony. but the room was quite small and there was traffic noise from the road passing close to the front of the building. |Breakfast was really excellent with...
