Sottosopra — Restaurant in Pollein

Sono stata a cena con un gruppo di amici la sera del 6 gennaio, giorno del mio compleanno. Devo dire che inizialmente, nonostante le recensioni precedenti, eravamo rimasti stupiti della velocità del servizio. Siamo arrivati alle 19 e nonostante la nostra prenotazione fosse per le 20 ci hanno fatto subito accomodare e sono venuti a prendere gli ordini. Dopo una decina di minuti è arrivato l’ antipasto e dopo altri 10 le pizze. Devo dire buonissime ma purtroppo fredde. Finito le pizze decidiamo di ordinare dolce e cafè alle ore 20 chiedendo quanto tempo ci volesse dovendo ripartire. Il cameriere ci comunica 3-4 minuti, passati 40 minuti ed in procinto di andarcene arrivano i dolci e il cameriere, vedendo me già con borsa e giacca ci dice che loro non lavorano con le previsioni del tempo. Ci mancherebbe, ma per delle zeppole e frittelle di mela non credo che i tempi siano quelli che abbiamo aspettato, soprattutto se abbiamo chiesto appositamente il tempo di attesa dovendo ripartire. In cassa il proprietario è stato comunque gentile offrendoci anche un digestivo. Complessivamente consiglio al personale di essere meno scontroso, così da far sì che le persone vadano via con un buon ricordo complessivo di tutto e non solo del cibo in sé. Così anche da ritornare in futuro. D’altra parte questo è ciò che fa la differenza...
