My wife booked a room in this hotel for our family because it is close to the harbor where we had to catch our ferry.||||The Hotel looked nice at first sight: swimming pool, good location, smiling and English- /French-speaking staff, beautiful furnitures etc.||||Diner is only served starting at 8.00 pm.||- You only get to choose between 4 starters and 4 main courses.||- meals are objectively of “canteen” quality, not even as good as what one could cook at home pretending it’s italian cuisine: tomato sauce dropped on spinach/ricotta ravioli and raw mozarella with crude ham. ||||||Our room was terrible: ||- with all lights turned off in the room, the corridor light was beaming through the edges of the entrance door.||- Little to no sound insulation between rooms (even if pretty usual for hotels but still worth noting)||- sound of a ventilation engine running until 11.00 pm even after air conditioned was stopped. Probably from the kitchen.||- shower was narrow||- tubings were oxidized||- towels smelt like food (spaghetti al ragu) before we even used them||- extra thin pillows||- mattress was as hard as it can be||- dust above the door and furnitures ||- the lid of the only bin available was broken ||||||Definitely not worth the 140€ /...

The two brothers who helped us didn't even want to be paid for their car intervention (which got us home!), so we left them a dinner voucher at the nicest restaurant at Porto Torres. And a few days later the staff contacted us because we managed to forget a credit card in the room and they sent it to us by registered mail. In short, it is a hotel that guests can count on! And we really want to iterate a thank you to the fantastic people...

We had dinner in the restaurant, this being a typical business hotel restaurant very bright and light with not much character. The 20 euro set menu was very good with lots of choice and well cooked. Breakfast was a buffet type with all the normal selections, but a very big selection of fruit juices. All in all this was a comfortable, hospitable and warm...
