Alpine Mountain Chalet — Hotel in Pustertal - Val Pusteria

An absolute treat, so far have had experiences where they put up pics to attract clients, but you end up being disappointed when you actually see it in person. Alpine Mountain Chalet just proved the statement wrong, not just that, the place just exceeded our expectations, well thought, well planned, wonderfully designed chalets (appartments) not just the practicality of the apartments, the place is so beautiful. The view from the master bedroom in the morning the first thing you see when you remove the curtains, tat alone is more worth than the money you have paid. Everything of high quality, I mean everything. And to top it all Alissa, she is an amazing human being, has all the time in the world to explain you things, to listen to you nd to make your stay even memorable. It takes just moments for one to feel comfortable talking to her, she is such a friendly, open and a wonderful personality. We normally don't repeat places, "the world is just too big to repeat places" quote from my wife, but this place would be one of the rarest exceptions we would make. We...

The chalet was more than wonderful — it was incredibly comfortable, beautifully maintained, and so peaceful. We truly felt at home.

I am deeply grateful for your kind heart, your gracious manners, and your constant willingness to help. Your husband was also extremely pleasant and cooperative, which made our experience even more delightful.

We also greatly appreciated the daily cleaning service, which added to our comfort and peace of mind.

Great & quite location , surrounded by nature Few minutes by car to the center & restaurant

The apartment has large living room , with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms ( both with shower ) The kitchen is fully equipped Dish washer is available

The leather sofa a bit old Other furniture looks good Toilets are clean ( but need to clean the whole at the back of the sink ) Towels are provided

Shared washing area -Washing machine ( shared by 5 euro - should be in 1 euros ) , read the instructions before using the machine -Dryer ( not that good ) -Iron -Big sink

Have very small swimming pool ( suitable for kids 3-8 years ) Sauna also available ( outside ) Large dining table

No air conditioner .. as per them , this is the 1st time to have this high temperature I would suggest to put some electric fans , I think all the upcoming summer will be as hot as this one

They advised us to open the windows, but all kinds of insects enter ( since the inner light was opened )

Comfortable beds but very thin bellows The host is so kind & helpful She booked taxi for us , to the nearby restaurants & to the Innusbruk She suggested the place to visit & eat

While during the check out , she gave us a beautiful gift ( home made candles )

الفندق جميل جداً كوخ فيه عدد من الشقق مع جلسات خارجية جميلة بعيد عن صخب المدن جميل لمحبي الطبيعة والباحثين عن الهدوء اطلالة الغرف على مسطحات خضراء وجبال وأمام المدخل مجرى نهر صغير

عيبه أنه لايوجد مكيفات وكان الجو جداً حار ( لأول مرة في تاريخ المنطقة وأوروبا عموما ) نصحتنا بفتح النوافد ودخلت الكثير من الحشرات يفضل وضع مراوح كهربائية مستقبلا

يوجد مسبح صغير جداً يناسب الاطفال توجد ساونا خارجية

مطبخ مجهز بكل الأدوات اللازمة غسالة صحون

السرير مريح لكن المخدات جداً لينة

طاولة طعام كبيرة

توجد منطقة غسيل مشتركة لكل الشقق غسالة ب٥ يورو ( ٥ قطع يورو واحد ) ونشافة ( ليست جيدة جداً )

المضيفة جداً رائعة ساعدتنا في تنسيق الجدول والتخطيط وحجز المطاعم وتوفير التاكسي ( المواصلات ) و عند الخروج أهدتنا...
