The hotel is really good and pretty. There's a warm and welcoming vibe as soon as you get in and you can see and enjoy all the beautiful furniture. Esperienza da dimenticare! Appena arrivata in questo hotel mi sono resa conto che non solo mancava di manutenzione straordinaria ma soprattutto di quella ordinaria. Giunta in stanza mi sono resa conto che lo sciacquone del water era rotto e nonostante fossero solo le 21 mi sono sentita rispondere che non era possibile risolvere il problema vista la tarda ora. Per continuare l'hotel mancava completamente di riscaldamento quindi io e le altre 20 persone con cui ho passato il weekend (viaggio insieme tramite agenzia) abbiamo dovuto dormire al freddo e io personalmente ho dovuto passare la notte con il giubbotto per tenermi caldo. Le lampadine della stanza erano fulminate e non spreco ulteriore tempo per descrivere il livello della pulizia della stanza perché penso non ci sia molto altro da aggiungere dopo quanto scritto. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, la situazione è quasi peggiorata: Ci sono state proposte solo fette biscottate e cornetti confezionati del supermercato e se qualcuno provava a chiedere dei biscotti, la struttura non era in grado di fornire nemmeno quelli. O ci si accontentava delle fette biscottate e dei cornetti preconfezionati o si poteva fare a meno della colazione.
