Park Hotel Galileo — Hotel in Reggello

This place is bad. I mean, REALLY bad. Desperately needs an update, but more than that just needs to be cleaned! Absolutely disgusting, really poor guest services, nothing works properly. ||Let’s start with check in. The hotel still uses keys, which would be fine, but each room only has one. Then, there is a lift, but it’s tiny (okay for two people and bags if you hold your breath) and very slow. Then, they thought two people in a room with one twin bed was appropriate. My roommate and I disagreed. The extremely rude front desk person did correct this eventually, moving us into a room with 3 twin beds.||The room has the basics - bed, shower, toilet - but that’s about it. There is a tiny TV in the room and one power outlet by two of the beds. It is dingy and damp and dirty, with stains on the carpet and bedspreads. The sheets seemed clean, or so I told myself so I could sleep a bit. The toilet ran constantly and the shower is so tiny it requires you to turn the water off while you wash.||Definitely would not recommend...

I stayed here with an EF tour group. This worked for our purpose, since we left early in the morning and got back rather late in the evening and all we really needed was a roof over our heads for one night. The sheets did not feel clean and the air conditioning had some trouble getting started. When we arrived in the room there was a funny smell and the shower does not drain very well; you have take a 'Texas Drought Shower' in order to keep some water off the floor, turning the water on only when you need to rinse off. However, the staff were decent and the evening five course meal we had there was actually very good. The breakfast was okay. Overall, this is a hotel that works if you just need a place to sleep...

Well, I stayed in a 4 small bad room.(we are 2 ppl)||floor is dirty, the bed are obvious bad, and the bathroom is disaster.||When u take a shower, the water goes out from the shower area. So after the shower finished, the bathroom is full of 1 cm deep water.||We need to use the big tower to suck the water.||it's my first time see that in a hotel.||It's not even a hostel!! but worse than it.||The counter is not very nice ,either.||Nothing is good, the staffs of the breakfast are not...
