Hotel Agli Olmi — Hotel in San Biagio di Callalta

We were shocked when we arrived there: they had no rooms for us despite we booked two months earlier. They phoned another hotel to ask if we can get something for that night but in rest they didn't bother themselves. This other hotel was in a different village and we got our rooms for extra money. When I called the receptionist from the previous hotel to ask who will pay for the extra cost he said they don't care, it is what it is, I can accept or I can sleep outside on the street and I should call my booking agent if I want my money back.||In my interpretation this means doesn't matter how early you book your hotel, doesn't matter what a good price you found, in the end they will sell your room and you can get something for much more than an advance booked price. It can be one hundred but also it can be two-three times more you just have to pay for it or sleep on the streets. We booked this hotel for one night during a road trip across Europe and despite being our first night back in the West and one of the few where we had enough beds was by far the worst.||||The service was acceptable and helpfully they had a couple of English speaking staff.||||Room 109 was terrible though. The two single beds were noisy and uncomfortable. The window was 3.5 metres up the wall and couldn't be opened and the elderly air conditioning unit made lots of noise but didn't cool the room. The shower wasn't great either but that wasn't as much of an issue.||||They did grudgingly send somebody to look at the air conditioner but he couldn't fix it and wouldn't move us to another room even when there were empty rooms available.||||From the floorplan I would...

Prenotato in giornata per il prezzo molto vantaggioso e, attirato dalle foto promettenti, ho deciso di andarci per un weekend con la mia ragazza.|Prenoto l’ultima camera disponibile, con letto matrimoniale, e all’arrivo mi viene detto che la camera che avevo prenotato purtroppo aveva solo due letti singoli, e non un matrimoniale.|Appena aperta la porta della camera vedo 4 letti singoli e subito si sente un forte odore da ambiente chiuso e non minimamente arieggiato.|Pareti piene di segni e di macchie, negli angoli della camera era presente una buona quantità di muffa e rende decisamente da lavare o direttamente buttare data la sporcizia.|Lenzuola con capelli, alcuni peli probabilmente delle persone presenti precedentemente e alcune macchie giallastre sulle lenzuola.|Televisore con due telecomandi e ci vogliono diversi minuti per capire che per cambiare modalità (da ATV a DTV) devi arrampicarti sul televisore usando una sedia o un appoggio.|Il bagno è l’unico elemento dove non presenta aspetti negativi, se non per l’assoluta mancanza delle pantofole usa e getta che si trovano in qualsiasi altro posto esistente.|Grosso problema a parer mio è la gente che frequenta il posto, veramente rumoroso e sconsigliato per un normale weekend a due persone se non siete amanti dei rumori frequenti e fastidiosi provenienti dal bar e dalle camere esterne.|Colazione solamente dalle 7:00 alle 9:00, togliendo la possibilità a chi come me avrebbe voluto dormire un’ora in più alla domenica di usufruire della colazione.|Parcheggio chiuso da una sbarra e inaccessibile, inoltre il check-out è stato fatto da un cameriere/pizzaiolo del bar ristorante affianco, cosa a dir poco shockante a parer mio.|Non mi sento di consigliare questo hotel a nessuno, scarsa igiene e foto ingannevoli con un uso spropositato di filtri e servizi presenti in parte o non come descritti...
