Firstly, I had booked a single room which is very small and later requested a bigger one, so reception staff recommended a “smart” room. The photo showed two beds, cost more and I booked it. When I got here and saw the room I was shocked as it was the exact same size as the single, except it had a bigger bed (not two as in photo) so really cramped and hardly any room to move around, so worse than the single. I complained to the manager who was able to offer me a single one again, as no double rooms were available at this point. The bathroom was really small and old, but I had no choice. ||* The photos are deceiving and hotel staff give you the wrong information about the rooms. ||||Secondly, the hot food at the breakfast buffet was ALWAYS cold. There were several waiters standing around doing nothing and they would never clear the table when you were done with a dish, so dirty dishes with scraps would stay on the table the entire time you were at breakfast. If you complained about anything the staff became confrontational. ||* Not a pleasant breakfast experience. ||||Thirdly, one of the ladies at reception handed me an electric bike and failed to explain that if you stop for a length of time, the battery would turn off and you have to turn it back on, and neglected to show me the switch. When I stopped somewhere 8 km away, the bike turned off and I was not able to find the switch to turn it back on. I had to pedal a very heavy bike 8 km back without power. It was HORRIBLE and DANGEROUS as it was very difficult to handle and hard to push. At one point I even fell! Fortunately I did not break any bones, but am badly bruised. When I got back I was very upset and explained to the lady what happened. I was shocked that she did not even say sorry and showed no concern whatsoever for my injuries. When I told her she should at least apologize she said that she has nothing to apologize for. WOW!||I got angry at her and she started yelling back at me. ||* Incompetent and arrogant staff! ||||Fourthly, there is a bad TOXIC smell of cleaning products everywhere in the hotel which made me sick…nausea, headache, sore throat. Location & Surroundings The hotel is located in a quiet part of Bibione Pineda, just about 400–500 meters from a wide sandy beach with its own designated area and free beach service (sunbed + umbrella). Restaurants, cafés, and shops are all within immediate reach.

Room The room was spacious and modernly furnished – air conditioning, minibar, safe, TV, balcony, and sometimes even a partial sea view. Daily cleaning was meticulous, cleanliness was top-notch. Room types range from Classic to Junior Suites for families.

Pool & Wellness The hotel offers a large outdoor pool with a whirlpool and a spacious sun terrace with loungers, umbrellas, and a pool bar. You can easily combine relaxation here with a day at the beach – everything is conveniently accessible.

Bar & Restaurant The breakfast buffet is rich, with local Italian specialties. Dinners are served with a choice of menus and fresh salads. The chef clearly aims to delight guests – and often succeeds – the food is tasty, and the restaurant staff are kind and accommodating.

This was a long waited vacation! At first we were a little disappointed that the hotel did not meet the our expectations, but as the days passed by we were more than happy with our choice. ||Why do I say this? Just let me mention a few thins.||1. Everyone at the hotel is so nice. They helped us every time, from checking in, to booking a cruise, to enjoying each meal. We felt really welcomed. ||2. The room was cleaned each day and this is a plus for us. ||3. Breakfast had a delicious variety of choices.||4. We went half-board and chose to have dinner. We would order at breakfast what we wanted for dinner. Everything was delicious. Only once I didn't like what I had, but the waiter was so nice and brought something else. ||5. It is a kid friendly hotel. ||6. The beach is clean and the sea is amazing. It is definitely a place for kids as the water is shallow. ||And this just to mention a few. We would return to Bibione! The place has its charming and the people are amazing!||It is just a suggestion: the rooms could be improved in terms of furnishing...
