The hotel is quite nice and the location is wonderful. Very friendly staff.||(Free) Parking at the partner hotel in Siena is really comfortable and helpful when visiting Siena.||The view from the outdoor breakfast tables is excellent.||A very good restaurant is in wlaking distance (15 minutes).||Our Junior Suite was very big and comfortable and conveniently situated right next to the pool.||||But....||...the breakfast is by far not on 4-star level. Assortment has been reduced this year, bread rolls are deep-frozen low quality stuff. Eggs, ham and cheese are lowest quality cheapest price.||The bathroom offers absolutely no spaces for the toiletries guests usually bring with them. No shelves and not a single hook anywhere to hang a towel, bathrobe or whatever else.||||The biggest problem was the extremely disgusting situation of the beds. Hundreds of bed bugs on the head panel of the bed. We got bitten by the bed bugs uncountable times. There was a huge crowd of bed bugs in a very visible area which should have been seen by the housekeeping staff.||Only after I reported the infection, they cleaned it at least on the surface. Bed covers etc have not been changed or even cleaned. I have attached pictures that proof exactly what I am talking about.||So if you like to catch bed bugs - this hotel is the perfect place.||||The location is 5-star.||The quality and cleanliness is less than 0-star.||No reaction from the management, no apologies, no awareness....

Diamo una stella perché meno non è possibile, ma meriterebbe zero stelle! Abbiamo programmato questa vacanza un mese prima del nostro soggiorno che sarebbe stato dal 13 al 19 agosto, ma dopo due giorni siamo dovuti scappare via! E' un relais di fascia media, si trovano sicuramente strutture con costi minori, ma volevo trascorrere una vacanza serena insieme alla mia famiglia in un posto tranquillo e immerso nel verde. Ma purtroppo non è stato così e dopo due giorni abbiamo lasciato la struttura con molta delusione e amarezza. ||Nell'insieme il relais si presentava molto accogliente, le foto sul sito mostravano una struttura ben curata nei dettagli e molto caratteristica (molto probabilmente le foto sono di qualche anno fa).||Al nostro arrivo la prima impressione è stata strana: sembrava una struttura lasciata a se stessa, con l'erba incolta, pavimenti in cotto su tutto l'esterno rovinati e logori. Il personale di per se si è dimostrato subito disponibile e le nostre aspettative seppur scese erano rimaste comunque abbastanza alte. ||Il dramma è arrivato subito dopo l'ingresso in camera: un rumoroso termoconvettore per l'aria condizionata "smuoveva" una quantità di polvere non indifferente nell'aria. La stanza era piena di ragnatele, il copriletto e il copridivano erano tempestate da macchie gialle e il tappeto era pieno di peli di cane. Le federe dei cuscini anche esse piene di macchie gialle (bava di precedenti ospiti?) e addirittura puntinate di nero con evidenti segni di muffa.||Il bagno la parte peggiore! Sporco in ogni angolo, fughe nere e evidenti macchie di umidità ovunque. Doccia a filo pavimento con box completamente rotto e sporco, parete doccia con macchie di sporco e ruggine. Un odore di fogna da non riuscire a starci dentro. ||Abbiamo subito avvisato la reception ancor prima di disfare le valigie. Scusandosi e cercando di ripulire alla meglio ci comunica che la nostra è la camera "purtroppo" più disagiata della struttura. E questo atteggiamento ci infastidisce perché in primis non abbiamo richiesto una camera più "economica" delle altre e in secondo tralasciando i mobili logori, la pulizia è una cosa su cui non bisogna assolutamente sorvolare. Il giorno dopo richiediamo un cambio stanza, ma non è possibile perché la struttura è piena, allora chiediamo una pulizia più approfondita che purtroppo non avviene. All'ingresso in camera il secondo giorno viene soltanto avvertito un forte odore di ammoniaca che ci accompagna per tutta la notte, passata praticamente svegli. Decidiamo quindi di riferire il nostro disagio alla reception, chiediamo di parlare con direttore, ma non si fa trovare. Lasciamo quindi la struttura, con la vacanza rovinata. ||E ciliegina sulla torta: la struttura ci fa pagare entrambe le notti a prezzo pieno, senza nemmeno scusarsi in alcun modo per l'accaduto. Un atteggiamento davvero ridicolo e poco professionale. ||Non consigliamo assolutamente questo relais, il quale meriterebbe un controllo da parte dell'ASL. In anni e anni di vacanze in giro non ci era mai capitato un disagio simile....

De accommodation is situated beautifully and conveniently close to Siena. The accommodation looks very nice, the pool is great, staff friendly and the breakfast has all you can ask for. |The room and bathroom are spacious however they certainly need some attention. |The bathroom was clean but in the bedroom we found quite a few spider webs. Naturally fine at the ceiling (as these are high) however not in the ground corners of the room. |The airco seems to be an old system and was not working very well. It was going on and then again off every 20 seconds. Which is 1) not nice for the temperate in the room but 2) is also not very nice noise wise. The ventilator - connected to the light- in the separate toilet was so extremely loud we did not want use it. |The shower took forever to get warm water and there was absolutely no water pressure. |We paid more here than at other agriturismo’s but we felt it was not worth the...
