The place offers good size apartments composed of living and dining areas with a well equipped kitchen, a big bedroom with plenty of closet space, a nice bathroom and a small balcony; all apartments have two AC units and a boiler. The entire location, not only the apartments, is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast, although limited in choice, is composed of good quality products and fresh fruits. The best thing about this place are the owners which are excellent hosts and very warm people, always ready to give a good suggestion or an advice on how to make your stay in Tuscany better but in the same time not make you fell that you are away from your home. Residence Ariana is in a residential neighborhood in a small town about 12 km from Siena. There is a supermarket and one good restaurant in walking distance. For any more than that, you must have a car. ||The apartments are very nice, large and well maintained. The breakfast area is lovely and the breakfast buffet is above average in that it includes fresh fruit. Plus Caterina makes fantastic cappuccino. ||The greatest benefit to Residence Ariana is the owner, Caterina. She is the most helpful hostess we have ever met. Located in Rosia, 15 minutes drive to Siena. An excellent base to explore Toscany. There is a supermarket nearby and a gas station which was very convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, the kitchen was well equipped and breakfast was tasty. There is a very good restaurant on site and parking is free. The owner is willing to help and really friendly.
