I Mestri Holiday Homes — Hotel in Uggiano la Chiesa

We spent 9 perfect nights at I Mestri. Cinzia is the loveliest host. She made sure we felt welcome and had everything we need from the minute we arrived. She built the hotel on the property that's been in the family for generations and you can tell they're taking the best of care of it. The apartment must have been the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. Beds are great - firm mattress. Beautiful garden and the pool is top notch. Yes, you have to wear a swim cap for hygienic reasons but that doesn't take away from the experience. The town is tiny, not much to see. There is a supermarket and a handful of restaurants. We appreciated the calm and quiet residential neighborhood. Otranto with tons of restaurants and shops is a 10min car ride away, the gorgeous Baia dei Turchi beach 20min, Lecce 45min. Excellent place to stay, clean, quiet, close to town. Pool is lovely and it’s a good location to explore region. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Cinzia is always on hand to help with anything. Second time...

Abbiamo soggiornato qui con la mia famiglia (4 persone con 2 ragazzi 10 e 14 anni) a luglio 2020. Location bellissima, struttura nuovissima come da foto, piscina fantastica nel nostro periodo poco affollata, struttura tenuta benissimo ordine e pulizia molto curati. Il paesino tranquillo in campagna ma con tutti i servizi (supermercato, farmacia, pizzeria, ecc..) dista 10 min scarsi da Otranto in auto, ottimo punto per raggiungere i laghi Alimini, Porto Badisco , Santa Cesarea Terme.
