4 stars? mmmm maybe 3 and a half.

I entered from the secondary entrance and I must admit that the first thing that capture my attention was the presence of a strong odor (maybe it was just stale air).

Much better from the main entrance that has a large garden in front of the seaside, wonderful especially for a walk.

The beach is not that great, at least in the winter period (I was there at January ending).

I was really amazed from the staff, they were really kind, I really felt at home and valued not only as a client but as a person (keep it on).

I can't say the same thing for the room... I booked a standard room that was really large but for the same reason it was also very cold.

Despite the fact that the air conditioner was at is full rate, me and my partner really had a tough time (she was freezing), and we had to look for ome extra blankets to deal with the cold. More over the double bed (two single beds pushed together) was really uncomfortable. I woke up with backache.

I enjoyed the fact that there was a machine where you can buy bottles of water, juice etc.

I conclude by saying that the breakfast was OK, but I repeat once again that for me the staff is really what makes the difference...

Avrei voluto dare tre stelle, ma ne do due in quanto ritengo che le altre recensioni siano eccessivamente gonfiate e sospetto alcuni account fake.

Punti positivi: 1- La spiaggia, ottima posizione, pulita, vicina alla struttura, mare bello e adatto ai bambini. 2- Personale super cordiale, ottima la caposala, sempre attenta. Brava anche la barista che quando lavorava in sala faceva da sola il lavoro di due persone.

Senza infamia e senza lode: 1- L'animazione. Presente ma non particolarmente invitante per i bambini, praticamente le stesse attività ripetute più o meno uguali tutta la settimana, inoltre limitata a poche ore del giorno. 2- la struttura: a parte la sala comune e la sala da pranzo la struttura risulta datata, le camere in ordine ma povere nell'arredo. Non é presente il frigorifero in camera. Alcuni difetti che non vado ad elencare, ma di minore importanza. 3- area fronte albergo: sarebbe un'area eccezionale con un minimo di attenzione in più. Purtroppo non viene sfruttata appieno, anche se é mantenuta e pulita. Non é in sufficientemente coperta dalle intemperie, che é un vero peccato in caso di pioggia, costringendo i clienti ad ammassarsi all'interno anche solo per bere un caffè dopo cena.

Punti negativi: 1- La cucina. Leggendo le recensioni che ne parlano bene rimango sconvolto e mi chiedo cosa sia abituata a mangiare certa gente. Ingredienti poveri (e ci può anche stare essendo all inclusive e dovendo ottimizzare i costi) e cucinati male. Ad esempio la semplicissima pasta al pomodoro che era palesemente una pasta in bianco (scotta) con sopra della passata e contorno di acqua di cottura. Oppure il sauté di cozze che non sapeva assolutamente di nulla (cozze bollite in acqua e servite in un bagno trasparente e insapore con aggiunta di spicchio di limone). Le fritture tutte bruciate e olio cambiato soltanto venerdì (si capiva perfettamente dal colore delle fritture). Le ultime due sere, forse a seguito delle lamentele, forse per l'umore del cuoco, c'è stato un miglioramento dei piatti, a dimostrazione che si può cucinare bene anche con ingredienti poveri, tuttavia ancora molto lontano dall'essere una cucina degna di nota come traspare da molte recensioni che ho letto. 2-La scelta al bar: listino delle bevande non incluse nell'all inclusive caro e per nulla invitante, se si vuole fare un aperitivo decente si é costretti ad uscire dalla struttura. 3-la pulizia delle camere: Appena sufficiente, all'arrivo nel bagno erano ancora presenti dei capelli dell'inquilino precedente e anche durante la settimana abbiamo potuto constatare che la pulizia era approssimativa.

In definitiva posso consigliare la struttura solo se scontata, per una vacanza senza pretese, mettendo in conto di sfruttare l'all inclusive solo per la comodità, non certo per la qualità. A prezzo pieno non posso consigliarlo in quanto l'offerta non sarebbe...
