Hotel Kiss — Hotel in Unione Rubicone e mare

Hotel Kiss is situated in a quiet cul de sac 5 minutes walk to a blue flag safe beach. The hotel is run by charming Scarlett and her husband Daniel who made very welcome when we arrived, we were given a 3 bed room on the top floor very spacious, the bathroom modern but a little small, likewise the balcony. We stayed half board and we really enjoyed the food, you choose off the menu for the next day. We liked that the owners ate very night in the restaurant and one night the celebrated a family birthday there as well. Free water and the wine was good and ranged from 7euros up to 12, very reasonable. Daniel sorted a bike for me as I am on the short size so I could cycle through the pine forest, this was really nice as it was the first time I had been on a bike after suffering a stroke.All the staff were very friendly from the restaurant to the cleaners. There is wifi in the public lounge area. Lot of original art work through out the hotel.There are a few small shops nearbye and one night there was a street market.We walked along the flat bech to Cesenatico 30 mins stroll and came back along the road very easy, everybody seemed to have bikes as it is so flat. Die Zimmer sind teils renoviert, teils noch auf Standard einer dt.Jugendherberge. Einfach aber zweckmäßig.Das Bad ist sehr klein. Warmwasser teils unzuverlässig. Kleiner Balkon inclusive. Gutes Raumklima. ||Der Pool ist nicht beheizt. Also nur im Sommer nutzbar.||Beim Frühstück und Abendessen herrscht ein fröhliches Stimmgewirr. Viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern fühlen sich hier sehr wohl und werden aufmerksam versorgt. Liebevoll wird auf die Bedürfnisse kleiner Gäste eingegangen. Nachts hört man auch einmal ein Kind weinen.|| Frühstück bietet vielerlei Gebäck, aber auch frisches Obst, je eine Sorte einfache Wurst, Käse, Schinken. Gestört hat uns der Automatenkaffee, Automatencappuccino und Automatenespresso. Eigentlich freut man sich bei einem Italienurlaub auf den tollen Geschmack frisch zubereiteter Kaffeegenüsse. Gibts gegen Zusatz-Bezahlung an der Bar.||Das Abendessen bietet ein gutes Salat-Gemüse-Buffett, eine Prima und eine Seconda sowie Nachspeise. der Speiseplan war abwechslungsreich. Nur Wasser inclusive! 1/4 l HausWein( nur weiß) kostet 2,50€. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit zur Vollpension/All-inclusive.||Die Nähe zum Strand ist sehr positiv. Ins Ortszentrum von Cesenatico sind es aber gut 2 km. Dafür ist es sehr ruhig. Sehr angenehm ist der Pinienwald direkt zwischen Hotel und Meer. Gerne machen auch Radfahrer das Kiss zum Ausgangspunkt ihrer Rundtouren durch eben diesen Pienlandstrich bis nach Ravenna oder am Strand nach Rimini, bzw in die Berge der Emilia Romagna. Fahrräder könne in der abschließbaren Garage eingestellt oder mit aufs Zimmer genommen werden. Parksituation ist beengt. Ca 10 Parkplätze auf dem privatgelände, in Zweierreihe. Unser Auto wurde obwohl wir direkt daneben standen beim Ausparken angestubst. -Auf Zuruf keinerlei Reaktion. Glücklicherweise auch nichts passiert. Gäste sind hauptsächlich Italiener. Wer hier bucht ist gut beraten selbst auch einige Brocken italienisch zu sprechen und zu verstehen.||Auch das fernsehprogramm rein italienisch.|| Personal freundlich, Chefs sehr bemüht.||W-lan im öffentlichen Bereich gut, im Zimmer wackelig.||Wir waren aufgrund des günstigen Preise sehr zufrieden, die Bewertung sehr gut erscheint uns aber zu hoch gegriffen. Lo scorso anno cercavamo un hotel dalle parti di Cesenatico; forti delle recensioni positive decisi di prenotare per qualche giorno di vacanza in questa struttura, la quale aldilà dei proprietari non mi ha lasciato pienamente soddisfatto della scelta fatta. Della serie se dovessi tornare da quelle parti personalmente non lo riprenderei in considerazione... in primis per la camera che non disponeva di comodini ma solamente di una testata del letto totalmente scomoda dove riporvi o recuperarvi durante la notte il necessario; il bagno della camera con una doccia a dir poco imbarazzante, dove i miei genitori peraltro di una certa età si erano dovuti comportare da contorsionisti per riuscire a starci all'interno, per non parlare delle dimensioni anch'esse discutibili per essere un tre stelle; uno scalino per entrarvi/ uscirvi da quest'ultimo e quindi pericoloso nel raggiungerlo magari in piena notte e mezzi addormentati; posti auto non sufficienti all'interno della struttura pertanto se non vi era posto bisognava lasciarla in strada o quando andava bene all'interno del cortile privato, sotto agli alberi con inconvenienti annessi e chiavi alla reception per spostarla in caso di necessità (totale assenza di garage dove al pari di tre stelle presenti in zona che invece ne disponevano abbondantemente); il personale di sala sommario negli atteggiamenti; la cucina passabile ma niente di entusiasmante sotto questo punto di vista; altra nota negativa l'ascensore adattato ad una struttura datata e quindi non arrivabile a tutti i piani (i mezzi piani raggiungibili solo da degli scalini e quindi sconsigliati per persone con scarsa mobilità motoria). Infine aldilà della presentazione iniziale, la stessa nel complesso insignificante sia come struttura che come posizione. Questo è il quanto.... sperando di non essermi dilungato troppo ho semplicemente esposto le mie impressioni, riguardo a quei pochi giorni di vacanza trascorsi presso questa struttura, ma sufficienti per considerarlo non all'altezza delle mie più rosee...
