It was amazing experience. Our host let us to check in earlier without additional payment. The room was big, comfortable and spotless. It was visible that the owners of the property take care about guests and the business. They even put mosquitoes netting on the windows, so you can open the windows in any moment without being afraid of getting disturbed by insects. Terrible service. They don’t tell you that if cancel they will keep the full amount. In my case, my plans changed and when I tried to cancel (3 months before) they refused to provide any refund. Therefore, I contacted them to complain and requested to kindly restate my original reservation because I was going to rearrange my plans to be there. They agreed to restore the reservation. When I arrived in Venice, I contacted the place and they ignored me and never responded to none of my contacts. You have to check in before 7pm, and when you get delayed, they will charge you per hour until you do.
