Residence Karpoforus — Hotel in Vinschgau - Val Venosta

We (family of four, 2 adults and 2 young children) stayed for a week in order to explore the South Tyrol of Northern Italy and Austria. |The landlady was very welcoming and explained loads about the area (mainly in German, but as my wife speaks German that wasn't a problem). The apartment was spacious, the children had their own room, good sized living area / bedroom and a balcony view over the mountains. Kitchen facilities a little basic (2 ring electric hob only and fridge). Good sized shower room / WC and powerful enough shower. Tiling slightly dated but such a minor point. All very clean and self service for additional towels / linen. |In addition landlady provided passes to swimming pool complex in Laces which is a normal cost of approx €20 /day for family of four. Also free hire of adult mountain bikes (good spec Maxx mountain bikes 27 gears) essential for all the bigs ascents of the hills/mountains. And discount cards for chair lift and a few other things. There is a BBQ but we didn't use as weather wasn't as warm as we were hoping. Great base for biking, mountain walking and general exploring of this...

Siamo stati al Karpofurus per una settimana attorno al Capodanno (due adulti + due cani). La signora Gertrud ci ha dato l'appartamento n. 1 che è quello dotato di una terrazza molto spaziosa con accesso diretto al giardino, cose per noi essenziali per poter gestire i nostri pelosetti che sono stati accolti in modo fantastico.|Appartamento molto grazioso e accogliente, dotato di parquet con riscaldamento a terra, letto molto confortevole, pulizia accurata, cucina ben attrezzata ma con un unico neo: la mancanza di un forno o microonde.|Da aggiungere a tutto ciò una piacevole sorpresa: l'ingresso gratuito ed illimitato all'Aquaforum di Laces, un posto stupendo dove ci si può rilassare dopo le attività della giornata (che tra l'altro costerebbe attorno ai 20€ a persona al giorno).|Non possiamo che consigliare vivamente questo residence e che sicuramente ci vedrà di nuovo tra i...

Wir haben unsere Zeit bei Frau Pohl sehr genossen. Die Lage ist hervorragend und sehr ruhig, in einem kleinen Dorf weit entfernt von der stark befahrenen Schnellstraße. ||||Wir haben zwei Wohnungen gesehen, welche beide frisch renoviert waren. Auch die Einrichtung wirkt neu und ist die Wohnungen sind perfekt sauber. Wir entschieden uns für die größere Wohnung mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Bergpanorama, auch der Balkon ist riesig. ||||Frau Pohl ist eine hervorragende Gatgeberin. Sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit.
