We stayed one night at Atami before we head back to Tokyo. It’s quite an uphill drive up to hotel from Atami JR station. Free parking available and strongly recommend you have a car to reach this hotel because of the uphill winding drive. ||||Room: Our room is on the 4/F which have quite a nice view. To our surprise, there is no shower in our room. Only a sink and a toilet. So this mean if you want to take a shower, you can only go to the hotspring. I think we overlooked it when we made our reservation as they did list it on the website, that only a limited number of room will have shower facilities. ||||Food: Both the dinner and breakfast are super yummy. It’s Japanese style but with a twist of morden/western touch. We really like it. Food are fresh and tasty. Dinner + breakfast are served at specific time slot to make sure not everyone come at the same time. ||||Hotspring: It’s has an outdoor and indoor hot spring, a Jacuzzi plus a sauna. Relatively small but nice. ||||Staff: Friendly and speak okay English .They try very hard explain to us each dishes at dinner and breakfast. ||||Others: The foot hot spring is nice and you can relax while enjoying the ocean view. You can also chose your own colour/patten of yukata plus size which is nice. There is only one elevator and you might need to wait a bit when it’s breakfast time or...

Read moreI got to say the experience at this hotel is the worst in my life. First, we try so hard that we couldn't reach the hotel, the phone number on their website, it doesn't work, we even asked local to help us to call them, still not working. We tried to contact via Instagram, website, all NO RESPOND! They said they provide free transport from Atami station, but you can't even reach them! Second, We got the hotel at 7pm, they said because we have no dinner reservation, so they can't cook anything. In this case, at least hotel should inform your clients don't book dinner, what they gonna face. If we know earlier, we can eat at the station or book dinner! I can not believe we end up stay in a resort and end up eating instant noodle! Not even a single convenient Store or restaurant nearby. Third, even reception speak limited English. His only respond is SORRY! No solution at all! Thats not the service match the money they charge! Terrible! This hotel maybe good for local, but they definitely lack of ability to...
