I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rolling Roaster, a specialty coffee roastery located at the top of Atami, on the picturesque hill in Japan. I must say, the coffee experience here exceeded all expectations and has become the best coffee I have ever tasted, not only in Japan but also in other places around the world.
One of the standout features of Rolling Roaster is their selection of Q coffee, which is known for its exceptional quality and is certified by the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI). They offer a wide range of beans sourced from various regions across the globe, ensuring that coffee enthusiasts like myself can explore and savor unique flavors from different origins.
The roastery itself is housed in a stunning wooden building, situated at the top of the hill, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding valley and the sea. It's an enchanting setting that adds to the overall ambiance and makes the coffee experience even more memorable.
What's also worth mentioning is that Rolling Roaster is conveniently located next to the Japan Coffee Exchange, a training lab for coffee enthusiasts. Led by a highly respected instructor within the coffee industry, this exchange serves as a hub for coffee education and exploration.
Overall, my visit to Rolling Roaster was an absolute delight. From the impeccable coffee quality to the beautiful location and the proximity to the Japan Coffee Exchange, it was a truly remarkable experience. If you're a coffee lover seeking an extraordinary coffee journey, I highly recommend paying a visit to Rolling Roaster. You won't be disappointed!
