The Tokinosumika Hotel is my standard place to stay during businesstrips to the nearby Toyota Proving Ground. The hotel offers a good value for money balance. The rooms in the "Brush Up" Hotel are standard japanese business-size hotel rooms, so quiet small compared to European standard. Therefore taking the "western twin size" room in the tokino sumika hotel is recommendable. Rooms are clean and have nice view of Mt Fuji san if you have a room on the front side of the hotel. This hotel has two types of rooms, hotel style and cottage style, and is a very large hotel. We stayed in a cottage style room.|The room was very cute, with a teddy bear and Little Prince theme. My daughter was very happy.||Good points about this hotel|1st.The illuminations were beautiful. | Since it was July, the Milky Way illuminations were displayed.|2nd. It has a large aquarium that specializes in goldfish.|3rd. It has multiple hot spring facilities.|4th. We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. It was one of the best work trips we experienced. They have an incredibly good breakfast, with a good selection of fruit, which is a big plus. The location is incredible to see, with great scenery around and you can get a view of the entire Fuji mountain in good weather. Lots of nice restaurants and cultural places that can be visited within walking distance. The best onsen place with lots of facilities.||Unique staff who are pleasant and helpful.||Highly recommend this place. Strongly consider bringing the family here...
