My friend booked this hotel when he was visiting Japan. The contact was very bad. We couldn't communicate in English and had to ask our Japanese friend for help. The key box of the room couldn't be opened, and four friends spent nearly 40 minutes in the middle of the night to deal with it. There were big flying insects and reptiles in the room.
